I love IHOP, but this one has given me some issues. Mostly personal preference stuff. Such as they stopped serving Brisk Raspberry iced tea. So now I have to go to a different IHOP since that was my #1 orders drink there. They also changed the the sauce on the crepes I like from delicious hollandaise to sub-par white cheddar. (Though this is universal across all Ihops.) Also, it annoys me that to make a dish a combo, I have to sacrifice a crepe, or a French toast, or some pancakes. I feel like it defeats the purpose of money saving combos if you halve the entree to add the hasbrowns and and bacon. Every time I go there though, I order the Raspberry sweet cream cheese crepes, and every single time, no matter who the waitress/waiter/chef is, they give me the wrong thing. They either bring me the Swedish crepes, or the strawberry and creme crepes. One time they brought me both before I received the right dish. I even wrote if down word-for-word from the menu and gave it to the waitress once, and they still brought me the wrong type of crepes. TL;DR I like raspberries, but this IHOP doesnt want me to have them and IHOP has too many good things on their menu.

My husband and I had the most amazing waitress on Sunday - her name was Tee. The way she handled the chaos of a Sunday morning breakfast rush was amazing. She had perfect timing, from her first greeting at our table to the time she set the bill down. We never even had to request her presence, she was just magically there to take our orders, refill our glasses, and to just generally check in. I was also impressed with the way the entire staff managed to maintain the restaurant without skipping a beat. I ordered the Split Decision, and my husband ordered crepes - we had our food within 15 minutes even though the restaurant was completely packed and the staff was juggling two birthday parties. The food was delicious, and perfectly made to our order. I definitely recommend this a go-to for a casual breakfast!

Ordered a carryout of three Steakbite breakfasts cooked medium. When we got home our orders had 4 small steakbites each that were cooked VERY WELL and TOUGH! They were gritty and had very little seasoning also. I called to ask to speak with a manager. I informed manager Felipe that we live 20 away and needed a refund on our meals. He was very uncaring and said he didnt know what to tell me and I could either come in and try again or speak to his boss Kale tomorrow about a possible refund. Weve dined there for years and mostly always order the steakbite breakfast. Its cooked medium as requested and the plate is full of steak, we always need a carry-out so for the cooks and management to allow these carry-out tactics is truly unreal! Ill be contacting the manager and corporate office tomorrow morning!!!

Food was excellent. I had blueberry waffles with eggs and hash browns. The reason for only 3 stars was because of dishonesty. I ordered a regular coffee and my wife a chocolate milk. When we got the bill, we were charged $2.59 for her chocolate milk, but my wife thought it should have been 1.89. I asked the waitress about it and she said that 2.59 was the right price. My wife asked to see the menu again, and it said that choc milk was 1.89. The waitress said that since my wife did not specify a size for the chocolate milk, she automatically was given and charged for a large. I said, Thats not right. The mgr refunded the difference, but did not apologize, nor the waitress. That is dishonest to automatically charge people for the larger item without asking.

Service was good, seated immediately drinks came fast. Thats where it all went wrong. The sirloin tips had a bad "over cooked liver" texture to them and had this horrible sweet flavor. The food was obviously microwaved. Really?!? If I wanted microwaved food I wouldve grabbed something on the way to my hotel. The waitress told me 10 other people had complained exactly the same way about the dish. Nice to know afterwards, I didnt have time to send it back. I didnt expect a discount due to eating the dish, but even the gesture would have been nice. Folks were also complaining about the pancakes. At IHOP? Really? Avoid this place unless you are in a rush and have an iron stomach.

I just sat down to enjoy the all you can eat pancakes. We specifically drove 20 miles to this location bc we have to shop at Costco after. Pulling into the parking lot you could see there were only three tables. This excited us bc it should mean prompt service. After several minutes waiting to be greeted we were sat at a dirty table. There was trash all over the floor under every single table. No matter where we looked it was dirty. The waitress was very nice yet seemed shocked we canceled our drink order in order to leave. Will never return to this location. Yuck!

I like this place. I like how servers take about 5-10 minutes longer to arrive at a table than an equally well-staffed restaurant with just as big of a crowd somewhere else. I like how a waitress scolded me for wanting a sharper knife to cut the pancakes. I like how the manager said that gluten free menus were available, and then handed us a disorganized pile of papers on the nutrition information about their food, which had nothing on gluten anywhere. Better than Bob Evans!

I come to this IHOP often on busy and calm days.. The staff is always been attentive and friendly. Food quality has been consistently good and fresh. The overall atmosphere of the place has been pleasant and welcoming. Wait times are reasonable on busy days but food is delivered in a timely manner. Waiters have always been understanding of special order or substitutions and are quick to fix mistakes or forgotten items. Overall great experiences here and my favorite IHOP spot.

The service was really slow. They gave both my sister and I a dirty glass. Mine had dried orange juice inside. I ordered had ordered a apple juice that was inside the dirty glass. They took the juice and the glasses and took it off my order. But did not tell me or try to offer me any thing else. So I was left with water. I would never visit that location ever. Overall horrible.

Went on a Saturday morning and was really busy. Got seated in 10/15 minutes and service was good. I ordered the breakfast sampler: 2 eggs over medium, sausage links, bacon, ham and pancakes. The ham was dry, the hashbrowns were not crispy (just the little bit on top), and my eggs were over easy. The coffee was blah and not hot. Gave the third star because of the good service.

Got seated. Ordered. Group of 3 came in about 5 minutes after we ordered. They got their food before us..We waited an additional 5 minutes or so before order came.....cold pancakes and hashbrowns...sent back....returned with over hot pancakes and burt hashbrowns and bacon was hard as fingernails. It will be a long time before i frequent this Ihop again.

The wait for seating was reasonable but sitting a family of 6 at a table for 4. The food would have been good if it hadnt been cold. The server was OK but a little unorganized. They did give us a discount on the bill. Over all a place we enjoyed in the past, but was disappointed this time while trying to treat our out of town family.
