I have never noticed the "loudness" everyone explains in their reviews.... This is a popular place, always a line on weekends and most dinner nights. I personally carry out way more than I dine in just becuase I dont like to wait for my food, If im hungry im hungry and I want my food NOW! The few times I did dine in my FOOD WAS AMAZING, I order the five cheese ziti, and Im picky so I minus the bread crums on top and sub. with baked motz. and OMG is is amazing! Sometimes the noodles are undercooked but nothing too terrible. But as far as the loudness, Its a restaurant people, come one. Every restaurant I go to is loud and just becuase its "olive garden" doesnt mean it will be any diff. If you want it quiet go at lunch time thats all there is too it! And trust me its not loud becuase when I went I could hear every word that the table next to me was saying.... The service isnt the best, it depends on who your waitor/waitress is. They tend to be a little LAZY if you may, they just need an extra push which you shouldnt HAVE to give, but I have no problem asking for what I want and if I dont like it youll know and I will GET what I asked for! It goes that way anywhere you go.... I does have alot to do with the old managment as well, they recently hired a new manager and they have really turned things around for the better! Very pleased with this place OVERALL, but if you go somewhere expecting 5 star, you wont get it.... I always say expect the worst and you always get better! Hope this helps someone make up their mind about this place but dont just listen to the stiffs below who want everything perfect becuase you will never get it and you will always be dissapointed, Be open minded.... everything is worth a try and if you dont like it personally, (key word) Dont go back... simple as that! Got to go now, I have a carry out waiting for me at the livonia OLIVE GARDEN ;)

I will not be returning to this olive garden. The person that greeted you was to busy talking and laughing with the other female employee that we sat there for a couple mins. The waiter was less than pleasant, he never checked on us after we received our dinners, had to wait a long time for refills, I understand everyone works and sweats but our waiter smelled like he had not bathed in a couple days. He came out one time putting his apron back on and you coasted by and dropped the bill on the table before asking if we wanted anything else which we did. Our food was very poorly put together, the lasagna looked under cooked, it was hot but the cheese was barely melted The chicken plate I had was over done. The staff was outside in a group hanging out laughing and I herd some rude remarks said, and this is all pretty close to the front door. The bathroom was clean except for the sink it had pieces of paper towel in the sink the only hand towels where on a small roll because some one was to lazy to put it in the dispenser. The soup was out on one sink also. This location used to be a very nice place to have a nice dinner, I will never be returning.

Very loud atmosphere. The service was rather slow due to a large party and our arrival right before lunchtime. Normally, lunch staff are prepared for a rush. The restaurant was nearly empty when we arrived and for 10 minutes after we ordered, and our service/food was still rather slow. Overall, the food tasted good except for my "Mixed Grill", which was very charred (and dry) and well beyond the "well done" I asked for. For those who do not know what the Mixed Grill is, it is similar to shish kebab. Luckily, I sometimes like my meat cooked this way, but it was not what I asked for. Based on food alone, I would consider eating here again. However, the real issue is the design of the restaurant. It is circular and open with very high ceilings. There is little to absorb sound and so the restaurant is very noisy. I would compare it to the food court at a shopping mall on Saturday, possibly even louder. For this reason alone, I will not be returning. Shouting should not be associated with meals, and this restaurants atmosphere forces you to shout during conversations with guests at your own table.

Let me start with the only good. The food was standard Olive Garden chain food. Was prepared properly. Everything we got tasted good. I think thats worth the one star. Ordering system is messed up. You HAVE to order the starter and the desert using the new digital mini display on your table. Only the main course is staff ordering. The service was horrible. One of the worst. She forgot almost everything. We ordered starters. Did not receive, requested for seconds on the soup- nope. Cheese- forgot. She got us the food just after a minute she served us the soup and salad. She forgot our take out. One thing she remembered was our bill. Which we got with the main course. Did not have chance to touch the food we got. Or even think about desert. It seemed like we were not the only one in the restaurant to have this kind of sour experience. The lady was literally shouting at the wait staff for some screw up. The place itself seemed newer but dirty. Need some cleaning. I will think twice before going to this location next time.

This restaurant was FILTHY. There were crubs everywhere and the seats by the bar were disgusting they were covered in stains. They had the mint chocolate wrappers all over the floor along with sticky residue from some liquid substance. Children were running around from the entrance to the bar and around tables. Last time I checked that was Olive Garden not Chucky Cheese. I wondered why a manger or an employee did not confront the party that had the children but instead just let it go on? I asked myself the same question when I witnessed a couple gyrating on eachother on the bench by the front entrance. Once again I wondered why did a manager or an employee not say anything? On this particular day I had my elderly mother with me and it sickened us both to see that no action was taken. I can whole heartedly say I will NOT be returning to this location EVER again and I will do my best to make sure everyone I know avoids this location at all cost.

I used to come here every week for my wife and get her the steak gorgonzola alfredo and every time the bill comes out to 16.95. On August 14 2015 I went to olive garden and got my wife her meal, 3 days later I had a charge of 21.95 from olive garden, I called management and the woman I origanilly spoke with was very nice she promised after one business day for the issue to be fixed and the money in my account. Today I had to call my bank set up a claim and go through all kinds of hassle, turns out a waitress or bartender wanted to give themselves a really nice tip for a carry out order. As of the 26th of August still dont have a dime back in my account apparently they "sent out a gift card for the inconvenience" I refuse to ever go back to this particular olive garden I hope their corporation doesnt approve of thieves like this location does. Do not come here they will steal your money and make it a huge hassle to get it back.
