Incredible staff, always friendly when I come in. Ive noticed that some of the reviews talked about the employees, but whenever I go they are very competent and always get my order right with no problems. Not a fan of the traditional breads they have at Potbelly, but I do enjoy getting the flatbread. The clubby has to be my favorite sandwich. I just wish that the avocados were always fresh because sometimes when I get them on my sandwich they can look a little brown. Ive noticed that no one has noted the cleanliness yet-- the store is impeccable! There was an odor I noticed in the womens bathroom every time I go thats a little funky, but thats just a small thing compared to how clean the store is, I mean talk about the top of the Chrysler building!

I have been buying chicken salad sandwiches at Potbelly s for over a year. Bought a sandwich today and there was a rely any chicken salad in it. Took it back to the store, was told corporate had told employees they were to give one scoop. Same price , less chicken salad. It was a great sandwich. I will not be returning .

Cant beat a Potbelly sandwich. The service at this spot is variable, depending on how busy the restaurant is, but the food is usually always good. It does get super crowded inside and the parking lot is pretty tight, so be careful when you drive in or out.
