1.Great customer service Ive never had a problem with ordering anything workers are very helpful. 2.whoever cooking the food must dont like there job or dont no how to cook. 3.Burnt food an poorly made. 4.Everything was sloppy. 5. Soggy shells. 6.Ripped flour shell taco an they still decided to sale it. 7.Food was cold. 8. lettuce was brown. 9. My soda was watery it was about 75% ice water and 25% soda. 10.I WILL NEVER Come to this location again save your time an money an going to the Taco Bell on dixie highway there food is away hot an outstanding customer service they alway care about customers an there food.

Very clean and fast restaurant. The staff are friendly. The bathrooms have always been clean when I used them. The drive through is usually pretty fast. The only issue Ive ever had was 1 order inaccuracy (I received regular tacos with my meal that was supposed to have taco supremes.) But this was one event out of dozens of visits.

Sick of the big companies screwing people over out of their hard-earned money to give you half the food I bought a double chalupa and supposed to be double everything I got one scoop of meet the rest was lettuce getting real sick of this bullcrap I dont recommend giving the double chalupa they will rip you off

Always great food, and sometimes you encounter some extremely friendly and charismatic staff making for an excellent and unexpected experience. Occasionally mistakes are made same as anywhere else, but are easily and quickly corrected and still much deserving of five stars. Great job, keep it up!

Stopped by here for a taco fix after a concert Thursday night. Sat in line for over 25 minutes behind a half dozen cars. Isnt the first time Ive waited a long time or they were out of something. Baldwin Road TB has had better service. And when did 3 soft tacos start costing over $5?

Never going back. Over the last few months Ive noticed that they mess up my order about 50% of the time I go. Staff is always rude and does not accept blame when confronted with their mistakes. Food is always sub par even when they cant get it right.

Everytime I come here they are slow. It seems like they cannot get orders right they always mess up or forget items. They actually just gave me the completely wrong order. The only reason I go here is because its close to me. HORRIBLE!

If there was a way to give zero stars, then this Taco Bell would get zero. Poor customer service, crappy quality for the food, drinks taste watered down/ not the correct drinks ordered, waited about ten minutes to get the food ordered.

Stop by here regularly on the way home from work at night. Staff is very friendly. Orders are accurate. The few times we do have issues with our orders, they are quick to correct them. This is my Taco Bell of choice.
