The bread is overcooked, so toasted sandwiches end up dry and inedible. The store is understaffed so you always have to wait longer than you should. And the staff is under trained so they can hardly do their job right without supervision. Ive been having gradually worse and worse experiences here, but I walked in today and was met by one person behind the counter, and three people in front of me, two of which hadnt been helped yet. While ringing up the one person who had been helped, the only lady behind the counter started to have a conversation with her, instead of just finishing ringing up her order and proceeding to help one of the now three people waiting in line behind her. I just walked out, and Im not going back.

Ive had so many different experiences here. Lately the service has been horrible anywhere from newpeople who dont listen when I asked for more of something as well has being horribly slow that people begin to leave. Most recently the girl was just rude, not one smile and that to me is unacceptable when working in a customer service industry. They can at least fake it.

The food was good! However, 2/3 of the workers didnt care whatsoever about their job. The one making the sub didnt know what she was doing and was VERY slow.
