The food is about the same as any other Dairy Queen; however, the service at the Lapeer location is awful. More than once Ive gone in there and waited (and waited, and waited) while the employee at the register ignored me and decided that sweeping the floor was more important than taking an order. When they (I should say "she" since it was the same blonde girl) decide to take your order they stand behind the register with this "what the hell do you want?" look on their face and never bother to say "hello" or "can I take your order?". Um, can I order now, or do you have something better to do, like wash a window? Ive worked in customer service for years and I would have been chewed out for treating a customer this way. It doesnt matter if youre having a bad day, your dog died, or if you feel like crap - smile and be nice. Thats what youre paid to do. I walked out of there feeling guilty that I dared to order a small blizzard. Next time Ill to McDonalds.

well this is one of my sons favorite places so i stop in to get a Blizzard and 2 large cones the total was 11.65 I gave her 20.05 because the cashier rang it up as 2 separate bills. well she gave me 3.40 back um yea i informed her that was wrong amount and i get the excuse if my Drawer is over at the end of the night we will call you... never got a call i will be calling and harassing the manager thats a DAMN expensive Blizzard 10.00..... yea very discussed with them i give no stars if i could but not allowed to well Sonic is open got bigger Blasts for the price of DQ Large and that will have to do for ice cream ive had it with DQ

Im not one to typically leave bad reviews but this was pretty bad even by my standards. After waiting in the parking lot for our food three out of four sandwiches were completely wrong, the second time two of the three we took back were wrong, the lobby had a handful of people inside who were returning their orders, and both of my sandwiches had two top buns. It was so bad it was almost funny.

Its a lot better than it was before had to report this place to there main office at the corporate center. The ceiling was falling in and they had duct tape holding it together with plastic bags. I worked at restaurant for a while its a huge thing in the f.d.a. when comes to things like that. Other than that good ice cream still.

Waited 15 minutes yesterday in line inside only to have all of the drive through served ahead of us. Workers at the counter were very unprofessional and slow. By this time we were next to be served they stopped serving counter customers and only served the drive up.....we turned around and left. Not going back.

Poorly managed, rude and never fills anything to the top. The drive through worker was a jerk while ordering. Check anything with a lid. They often wont fill drinks to the top. This medium is really closer to a small. I watched the worker look right at it and put a lid on it.

We went through the drive thru ordered 2 a1 meals told us to go around the building waited 10 mins. I went in they basically said they forgot about us and the burgers werent that good. Not a good experience today.
