I think recently the staff has changed, the usual staff that was always so nice and accommodating has been replaced by rude employees who seem to take their days and take out their boredom and frustration on their customers. Ive been 3 times in the past month and I just cant go back, its likes being in an unhealthy relationship-you want to stay because there are positives, but in the end it doesnt work out and you can no longer take it. Ill be talking about my most recent visit which pushed me to stop coming. First off, when I asked if they could give me a mini burrito bowl, which other locations have done no problem and just charged me for a kids meal, the man who took my order who also seemed to be the manager, and he said "theres no possible way." That put me out, seeing as its not like I was trying to cheat them for a lower price, I just wasnt hungry. I ended up getting a kids meal, and you guessed it, it was eye-roll city. The second thing is Ive notice these past couple of times, their meat is old and over cooked, you can really taste that the meat has been sitting out for a while, which saddens me because chipotle is known for making all of their food fresh, and the fact that you are supposed to be getting freshly cooked organic food reflects on the check as well. Lastly, the man who rang me up, was extremely pushy trying to get me to purchase extras, I mean the fact that Im a grown woman getting a kids meal should explain a lot-IM NOT THAT HUNGRY. he kept on pushing me to the point where I had to say "please just ring me up so I can leave." I am disheartened because this specific location used to be so good, what happened?! I hope chipotle figures out the staffing for this location, but because of this and past experiences, I just cant bring myself to keep going back.

Awesome staff! Impeccable balance of flavors and creation of ideas fulfilled with truth. We truly invest our time here and appreciate the love that goes into this establishment and far beyond. It certainly ranks top in its class. Number one if you werent sure. They handcraft their burritos In a way chipotle himself could not ever grasp with his own ten fingers. And if you like bowls Come on down! Bowls on bowls on bowls, they pack it to the max. Make your dream a reality by stepping in the door and living life to the fullest. Guac or not this is the spot! I went today around 2:20p and they didnt have any chicken made so I told them I would wait. I didnt even wait 5 minutes before they said the chicken was ready. the gentleman who made my food was very apologetic and nice about it. The lady who rang me up made my day! it was awesome experience with awesome customer service. I come here all the time but today they were just extra nice and made it an extra awesome experience. my favorite location!

Chipotles food is always good no matter which location I go to. The staff is nice enough, however, theres been times when workers making my burrito/bowl has had conversations with employees in the back cooking the food. I dont think that is professional and wouldnt allow my employees to do this while waiting on customers.

The employee who made my food needed to check his attitude. It was shocking and I was trying not to laugh at how rude he was and slopping the food on the bowl like an angry lunch lady. I love chipotle, but seriously? Get it together. The guy who helped me register for chiptopia was really cool though

So I craved this so bad. But when I got it it didnt do much for me. The chicken looked like beef and tasted like rubber. Im assuming they used all dark meat. To top it all off they didnt have any tortilla chips in the store period. How is that possible?? Not my favorite location!

Do not order online. We ordered 3 bowls and every order was wrong. This is the 2nd time we ordered online from them. And if you ordered for extra filing make sure there is extra filing before you leave or you wont be getting what you paid for! They mixed up all the orders!

The chips I ordered with my burrito were stale and extra salty, the burrito was nasty overall especially with the fact that I ordered it with sauce but it did not have it on there when I picked up my order.

Today, the sandwich maker was awesome! He was very friendly and outgoing. We sat outside and when we came in to throw away our garbage, he asked how our meal was. Great service!
