I am posting this just as Ive had a problem now known for sure with this so called establishment. Twice now, they have stolen money from me by saying theyve added my extra shrimp to my shrimp fried rice & was skeptical, being last time was my third ordering & knowing how skimpy they amount of shrimp is normally. Now this time, fourth, I asked for me $3 of extra shrimp on the side to assure no confusion. Well, after checking food, they didnt put any on the side & claimed they just added it in. Not whta I asked for nor was it any extra.They also were skimpy on the duck & soy sauce, in which we asked for extra but didnt recieve either. We always tip $3-$10 whenever any delivery guy comes. The woman on the phone argued with my fiancee about it, the said shell call back to speak to manager, called back, & claimed the manager & chef confirmed extra shrimp was added in. Well my fiancee reiterrated thats not what we asked for & asked to speak with manager. The woman lied saying manager was not in. My fiancee caught the lie saying how did manager assure chef added shrimp. She said manager confirmed with chef over the phone. I told my honey nto just forget it. She to them they can look & see how much money we spent at a time there & we wont be doing anymore business there & I told her to let them know we WILL be doing a bad review on the internet to let others around know they steal, are cheap, & have bad customer service immediately, & Im true to my word. I have never eaten here, but I called to ask to speak with a manager about my food allergies. I absolutely cannot eat at a restaurant without first verifying I will be okay. Its usually a simple 1-2 min conversation with a clear yes or no of whether its safe for me to eat there. I called and asked for a manager (in a very friendly voice) and was told "Manager no here!", then she just hung up on me as I was responding. So, I called back and asked when the manager would be in and was told "I dont know! Okay!??" And again was hung up on. We were really looking forward to trying something new, but with that poor of customer service, this place will NOT be getting my business. I wish I could give zero stars. I would first speak with a manager before writing a review, but apparently thats not an option...

Pretty shady and they like to steal from you!!! 2 meals 2 egg rolls and two drinks come to 32$ never before have we ever ordered the same we did today and had it ever come to this amount before and claims they have no lunch specials when we were there well before before 230, just because they were dead and had no business today when we walked in they seemed fit to take advantage of us and they dont seem to know any better to write the bill in English besides the amount due on purpose and if that is the case, then maybe we as customers should boycott this place and there dirty fish tank who knows what there kitchen looks like! We will no longer be stepping foot in this place to be taken advantage of again!!!!

As we entered the restaurant there was a dirty fish tank. Decided to give them a chance. Sat down and ordered our drinks. My diet coke was flat so was replaced. We placed our order and food came in reasonable time. Sweet and sour shrimp is what I ordered and it came on a plate with no sauce except for some in a small bowl. Not what I was expecting at all. Over all I would say good was ok not great. My husbands meal was as he expected and he felt it was good. Maybe was just a bad day. Any way NOT the best chinese food in Kalamazoo that is for sure.

Hands down, the best Hot & Sour soup Ive had anywhere (including Cinatown NY/LA/SF/Chicago)! Decor is minimalist, but the cooking can be outstanding. Not all dishes are top notch, but most are very good. Very fresh veggies, all entrees made to order, good prices, family-run. Mu-shu pork is great, as is the Mongolian Beef. Skip the egg rolls (a bit greasy) and any dish with fake crab (unless you like that stuff!). Seriously...try the soup! That alone is worth the trip!

I dont know what the other reviews are talking about. Im a Taiwanese American and Authentic Chinese food is my forte. Oriental Cuisine has the best of everything, including Singapore Mai Fan and Szechuan Duck. Unlike the other American Chinese food, they strive "made to order", instead of having food just sit there like buffets. I have been going there to get my Chinese food fixes for about 5 years.

We got take out for the second time and were pleased to see that the restaurant has been completely remodeled inside. Its very modern and clean. The next time I go I might just dine in! The chicken Lo Mein was good, tender chicken and tasty seasoning. The orange chicken and sesame chicken was good - maybe a bit too much breading though.

Im currently stuck watching my pregnant wife at Borgess and was told not to leave the premises... I placed an order at 3pm, was given a delivery window of 35 minutes. It is now 4:25pm, no calls from them. Called them back and they told me they called me but there are no missed calls from my phone. I canceled my order.

I thought at first of turning around because you walk right into a dirty fish tank, but after pressing on and sitting down the place wasnt too bad. The food was very good and the service was fast, so overall a pretty decent place to have some good Chinese food. I would definitely recommend.

Prices are incorrect. Will never eat here again. I was over charged & when I asked for a refund they didnt wont to give me back my money. Karma will come back around

Disappointed in my shrimp dinner. Shrimp to breading ratio 80-20. Not worth the money. Fried rice seems old too. Usually better but not tonight.

An average chinese restaurant with regular chinese stuff..so-so food served by a cute chinese hottie!..I would overall rate it okayish..!
