About two weeks ago I ordered a bourbon chicken and fried rice combo. I asked multiple times for NO onions because Im allergic. The lady in the phone said she will absolutely make sure there are no onions. I was given a 30 minute wait time. With my order finally arriving in an hour and 30 minutes, the order had ONIONS in it and didnt include the egg rolls I had ordered. So I called and spoke to the same employee who took my order, she said they will add the credit back to my account for whenever I want to order and they will deliver it to me again. So I called today to reorder my food since theres a big storm coming in and the "owner" was insanely rude. Said she keeps wasting food on me, they wont deliver it to me, yelled at me in her language, then hung up. I called back to explain I dont have a vehicle and the lady promised theyd deliver. Ill be willing to even pay the delivery fee. The manager refused to talk to me and then just called me back speaking a different language and hung up. I asked for a refund from my last order then since I couldnt eat the food from before and they said there is nothing I can do. Im tired of this service from this place! Rude staff and horrible management. I either want my food delivered to me or a refund for the order. This is ridiculous. Just because you pretend to not know English, doesnt mean you can treat people how ever you want. Especially since you know enough to cuss me out and tell me that I waste your food and you wont service me. THIS IS YOUR FAULT. FIX IT!

Horrible experience! Restaurant only had 1 other customer at 5:30pm and that should have been our first clue this restaurant is not any good. 2nd clue should have been the dirty tables, food on the cutlery and a piece of rice in my glass of water. Yuck!!! Service was painfully slow and.when we finally got our food the ginger beef was stringy, tough, and covered with a gallon of sticky sweet goop they called ginger sauce. The chicken chow main was disgusting too...chicken tasted sour and rancid. We refused to eat anymore after tasting the sour chicken. The waitress took $12 off our $50 bill. Ridiculous...we got nothing but potentially food poisoning! I will never, ever go back to jin jin 88 and I will tell everyone I know about this disgusting restaurant.

Found 3 different hairs in 2 different meals. Mgr was going to refund money for 2 meals but then we found the 3rd hair and we requested all our meals back. We were accused of putting hair in meals then they wanted the meals back before we got our money back. This is not the way to handle customer service. All meals should have been refunded with no hassle. Add to this...my wife and friend went to JinJin88 to get refunded money and the lady there would only refund 2 meals and literally pushed my wifes friend out the door.

This place is usually good until today. I ordered a vegetable chow mein and all I got was a plate full of vegetables, and rice. No noodles. The lady told me that chow mein does not come with noodles -Chow mein are stir-fried noodles, the name being the romanization of the Taishanese chāu-mèing. -Chow meaning fried and mein meaning noodles. So, to tell me that chow MEIN does not come with noodles when the dish name has "noodles" in it is ridiculous.

I really used to like their Gen Tsos Chicken but the last time I ordered Coconut Shrimp and got a bunch of giant fried bisquits with a teeny shrimp inside. Gross. I had ordered delivery and somehow the total for our order went from $19 to $23 when I finally signed for everything with absolutely to notice. Now I have a pounding headache which is apparently a symptom of large amounts of MSG.

Ordered 5 meals and found hair in 3 of them. We were accused of putting the hair in our food then told to bring it back (it was delivery). When we did, they refused to refund and then the lady physically pushed me out the door. I had to call the police and file a complaint against the lady. Shes American with red and blonde hair, kinda heavy set.

The order took an hour and a half to get delivered, and when It got here it was ice cold, the fried rice looked like crap. I would give this place zero stars, but Google says you have to give at least one. STAY AWAY!!! Go elsewhere. So 10 minutes later I microwaved 2 burritos they tasted better.

I have been here twice and food was great plus very affordable. I have also ordered delevery From here 3 times and my food has arrived on time and fresh everytime. I will continue to go to this restaurant and I recommend if your wanting good authentic Chinese in Panama City then you found it.

Be aware that these guys charge per item delivery. I was shocked when a 30 dollar bill turned into a 50 dollar bill when it arrived. Pretty ridiculous to pay 20 bucks for delivery. I wont ever be ordering delivery from this place again!

Great atmosphere inside, always quiet and peaceful. Food is good, not great but good. And the prices are really good. Only $6 to eat lunch there, $9 for dinner. Service is great, never have to ask for a refill on drink or anything.
