I come here from time to time for small business meetings, I just happened to see the owner walk in and said hello how have you been, while I was sitting at one of his table drinking his expensive coffee. We used to be in a business network, so I was simply saying hello. He couldnt even say hello just cut me off and said I dont have time and ran into the back. Well Ill make time to go elsewhere for business meetings and Ill let everyone know the same. Take a few seconds to say hello, you would think he would understand that people do meet at his place for business meetings, maybe you should be friendly to local businesses.

The coffee is great and consistent. The staff is friendly... a little too friendly. Dont get me wrong Im ok with some small talk like "How are you today?" But the forced conversation is a bit much! I dont care to share my life story in a coffee shop! And comments like " Get all that texting done before you get on the road" are just irritating! Im STANDING IN YOUR COFFEE SHOP not driving! I am aware of the dangers of texting and driving! I just want coffee not a lecture! OK Im done ranting now.

This is the best Biggby I have been to. The staff is always friendly and really get to know you. Theyve asked about vacations and events that I mentioned in visits before. They also know my favorite drinks which was a little unexpected. I highly recommend the Summer Breeze cream freeze with some mandarin orange flavor added in.

Drinks are much better quality than comparable coffee shops. I appreciate that they offer decaf espresso any time of day, unlike other places. Best part is that you cant even tell its decaf, it tastes great!! The employees are extremely welcoming and friendly, they always know how to make you smile!

I dont particularly care for this biggby. The staff is nice, but the quality produced in comparison to other biggbys stores leaves something to be desired :-/ I go 10 minutes out of my way the other direction because of the times that Ive experienced lesser product more than once.

Absolutely love this place...great place to grab a coffee and muffin and enjoy the evening with a few friends or to just take a seat and finish some homework or personal things. Great atmosphere. Great staff, makes you feel like family. Would go every day if I could.

Its not trivial: When I order an Everything Bagel with Low-fat Cream Cheese, toasted, they automagically spread the Cream Cheese for me. Other Biggbys hand me a cold packet of Cream Cheese and a plastic knife. Thank you.

Best Biggby Ive ever been to. Fantastic baristas, they knew my drink after three visits and are super friendly and accommodating. Good environment for hanging out/catching up, for meetings, or just to study.

Service here is great. Baristas are super friendly and drinks are made surprisingly quick. I suggest getting a Sweet Tooth or Wild Zebra frozen. But all the seasonal drinks are amazing!
