I only live two minutes from this place, and the most I see of it is pulling out of the drive thru line. 20+ minutes just to sit in a drive thru is insane, and most other Starbucks could handle it better. I tend to just swing in the one by my office and never wait more than five minutes. Attempted to go inside one day to see if that helped, absolutely not. I waited 18 minutes for a caramel macchiato. So unless youve got some serious time to kill, keep moving.

Decided to give it a second shot this morning because the first time I came, it took 30 minutes to get 2 cold brews. Today was no different except the store was filthy, bathroom was filthy, staff is unfriendly. Its a brand new location, you think the staff would take some pride in their new store. So disappointing. I have waited for this location to have a Starbucks (or just a coffee shop in general) for a very long time. What a bust.

Normally the service here is slow but only once have they ever messed up my drink but they were very nice and apologetic and remade it for me fast. The friendliest person Ive encountered is Rachel on Drivethrough usually there in the early morning before the AM rush hits. Coffee houses are an experience people, when your drink takes a little long sit and enjoy the smell and colorful mugs/product on the shelves or read a paper

We just left the drive thru at 8:52pm on March 14th 2017. Not sure the gentlemans name that worked the drive thru, but we ordered a Java Chip Frap, if youre the guy and reading this. Lol. Needless to say, this guy is absolutely hilarious and is great with customers. He was so friendly and the humor in the order showed he loves his job! Keep up the great work! Will definitely be back!

Same bait and switch tactic happened to me! Worst freaking service ever! took my order didnt process my order but took 5 other peoples orders before putting my sandwiches into the oven but thats only after they told me they didnt have what I had ordered took 20 minutes to get out of the place absolutely horrible do not go to this Starbucks manager is an a******

Im very happy with the service and the quality of product I purchased. The employees were polite friendly and prompt in preparing my order. I will be returning frequently. The atmosphere in the lobby was comfortable and inviting for use in conducting some personal business while enjoying a great brew.

"bait and switch".... they will sell you items not in stock, get the money, then tell you to choose something else. "Richard" is the manger or that was what I was told..... must have hired him from a used car lot. Dont waste your time or money.... "bait and switch" to me is just like stealing.

Definitely the worst Starbucks Ive ever been to. No one here seems trained properly and it takes FOREVER, even during slow hours. Most the time the drinks are completely wrong. I was so excited about this one opening because the Dunkin Donuts next door is quite terrible as well.

Always takes forever to get your drink. Employees blame it on General Manager who wont hire enough people so they are way understaffed. Whatever it is, dont go unless you have at least 15 minutes to spend in drive-thru. Dunkin is two doors down and youre in and out in 3 minutes.

Tonight Saturday the eighteenth. A trio of teenagers harassed me out of the place. I was sitting alone and they came. The guy got up and stepped on my foot. I moved to the other side of the room and they followed me. I am 60 and never in my life has this occurred.

very slow! was the only one waiting on my order and i waited over 10 minutes...Not a happy camper. the latte wasnt correct either, but i had to get to work, so i took it anyway...Employees need better training. Definately calling the manager.

I visit this location often and love the morning crew. They are consistent with coffee but after 2 this is the slowest Starbucks drive thru ever. The wait is often more than 20 minutes. I hope they improve soon or afterwork trips are out.

Very slow service. 4 cars in drive thru so decided to walk in. No line and ordered. 15 min to get to coffee. Did not notice till after I ordered but 4 people sitting down waiting for coffee still no reason for 16 Minutes to get the coffee

HORRIBLE wait times! Ive gone 3 times and have never waited under 15-20 minutes. I ended up leaving the drive-thru line last time after ordering and waiting 15 minutes with 5 cars still in front of me.

Very very slow. Store was not clean. People were not friendly. Sad. You pay $7 for a cup of coffee then you would expect a LOT more. Left and went to quiktrip.....even their cappuccino was better :(

The best Starbucks around. All the employees are always nice and smiling. Will go out of there way to make you special drinks that arent on the menu if you have the ingredients for them.

Line was super slow! Even having an extra 20-30 mins the drinks were ok. The one frappocino was given 2 minutes after the first and it was overly sweet and wayyy to much vanilla.
