Not the first time Ive been here food is usually good. Not sure if they sold or what happened but today was horrible. I called my order in at 5:30 was told 15-20 minutes. After getting there and being told it wasnt ready I watched several people walk in and order and leave with their food. Funny thing was they all ordered what would have added up to my order I could only assume they were getting mine. Talked with the gentleman behind the counter and finally got my food at 6:23. When I got home the pepper steak was the worst Ive ever had, the sesame chicken had very little sauce, there was no(and I mean none what so ever) sweet and sour sauce for the sweet and sour chicken, wonton soup that we didnt order, and found out that they had not been giving my order out because the food was cold.

I was going here a lot last year and their food is good...which suprised me considering almost everything they cook is not fresh and usually comes from a can. I cant say for sure that I got food poisoning from them but something was definitely off the last time I was there. Havent been back since. I should give them a 1 star but the thing is their cooks have some serious talent, and if they would start using fresh ingredients and raise their prices they could pull off fine dining. Maybe they have just gotten lazy and are going for the easier road. Sad either way...

Excellent food, great prices, and sufficient communication. Ive watched the kitchen being cleaned before while waiting for my take-out so I know that they keep that area exceptionally clean. Only thing that ever bothers me there is the dining area. I dont think many people actually eat there, but it is in serious need of a deep cleaning. I get grossed out each time I have to sit and wait there from all the dust, dirt, cob webs, etc...

Not good anymore. They used to have great food till someone took place over. Its the closest Chinese takeout to home, so we gave them few tries. No improvement, food was greasy and not fresh. We are really not picky and it takes a lot to give up on this place. Used to order few times a month and always get soup when someone was having cold. Not ordered anything in last year or so.

I used to eat here a couple times a week but lately the foods been hit or miss. Even more recently theyve been closing up whenever they feel like even though they list their hours as being open till 10pm. Sometimes I work late so Ill be finding another Chinese restaurant.

Just moved into the area and this place is right by our house. I was told it was new but we gave it a go. Everything was great! We had sweet and sour chicken, general tso chicken and pepper steak. They definitely earned a new customer!

Used to go to Empire every wknd when I lived over there and loved there food, I went there last WK cuz I have missed there food and it was still very good but plates are smaller I noticed but still good and plenty there

This place has awesome food! Always top notch and a great value. Large portions with reasonable cost. Ive been there countless times over many years and the quality has not diminished at all. Should be 5 stars easily.

Food is always fast and authentic... I have tried every Chinese restaurant in the area and the Lo-mien here is made with correct noodles. Not Ramon!!
