Literally best Starbucks ever. Staff is ALWAYS on top of things. Long line? Dont worry- theyll either get another cashier running or the barista will speed everything up. Have patience and treat the staff with respect please, it is a really small area to work in and I can only imagine how frustating it is to them. I never have had an unpleasant experience at this Starbucks. EVER. My mother has been ordering her low fat caramel macchiato there ever since I can remember (like atleast 6 years or more) . We have been loyal to this Starbucks specifically because of the amazing staff. In my personal experience (being the coffee freak I am) best place to get your coffee made RIGHT!! And its always delicious. If they make a mistake (which has been pretty rare for me) they will remake your drink without hassle. What Ive noticed is so many people come in there acting like theyre in such a rush- being rude to staff, complaining to other customers about the wait, or simply tapping their toes and rolling their eyes. If youre in such a rush why are you going to a place where the coffee drinks are hand made? Go to Tim Hortons if you have no patience ( theyre coffee isnt that good) but no one wants to hear or deal with your lack of patience and whining. I feel bad for what the staff there has to put up with from people like that. Overall, my rating is 5 stars because not only is the staff frickin awesome- its always clean (even the bathroom) always a mood booster (if youre not an impatient jerk) And is flat out is THE BEST STARBUCKS I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. PERIOD. If you disagree- you are either really impatient or have something else going on.

Extremely slow! When I arrived, there wasnt a line, but it still took an unreasonably long time. For a Monday morning, one would think they would have more than one person making coffee. The staffed employees were young and moved with no sense of urgency!

The Baristas Remember You by name, and your drink! I always say Im Mrs. George Clooney, and they will call me that, even though I am not Mrs. George Clooney, its still puts a smile on my face! Also, my order is always perfect!

Good and safe location ( close to freeway I-94 ), friendly atmosphere fast service... Only comments would be, it would be nice if its a little bit bigger; hence, lack of parking during rush hour and no drive through.

I liked this Starbucks outlet on Mack Ave 4 years ago, when visited it firsttime. Recently I was there again, and should admit a very pleasant, caring and qualified staff in there. Thanks! Recommended.
