Rude people. Our first time ordering with them, the guy got lost. Blamed us for giving the wrong address, but when we checked the address on the receipt he gave us, it was correct. Better to blame the customer than apologize for his mistake, no? And the second time around, although, we understand the weather is bad (but we figured wed ask anyway) if possibly someone could deliver, we were told no. It was fine up until that point, we figured since we didnt have a car available and they couldnt deliver that we would walk down to pick up the food, and as I was in the middle of telling the girl well order for pick up instead, she hung up. There has to be a way to give them less than one star. These people are snobs. I dont even know why we bothered the second time around with them. RUDE. I am definitely not recommending this place to anyone.

They close at 11pm. Me and my boyfriend came here at 10:25pm. To get something quick. The lady at the register was so rude. She was like its gonna take me twice as long to make stuff cause I put everything away. We asked her what time it was. She said 10:30pm. Which they close at 11. So we order. And she rolled her eyes and was like ok. We order 2 Pizza subs. My boyfriend wanted to add jalapeños on his. Shes like nope! We cant sorry. We are only allowed to take things off not add. So my boyfriend looked through their menu and it said you CAN add stuff to your sub. So he went up and showed her and she was like oh...like know your menu and not be rude... The food was alright, the bread was a little soggy. The sausage tasted a little freezer burnt. Mainly it was just costumer service that was terrible..

Pizza is fine, meh. Nothing bad, nothing special. The service, however, is repeatedly AWFUL. Weve given them more than one chance, and the people on the phone are reliably incompetent. More than once weve had to wait for close to an hour and a half for a pizza to arrive, and when weve called to check, the answer is always a defensive "well, were busy." Never once an apology, or any once of customer service. Last time we used them, they charged our credit card twice. It took 3 weeks of constant calling and emailing to finally reach the manager about it (he is NEVER there), and now that we finally have reached him, its still not cleared up. Well never use this place again. There are plenty of places in town where you can get meh pizza. Not worth the service trouble. Not one bit.

I have had their pizza a couple times from their mobile trucks and it was good. I tried to order last night and the website wasnt working properly, tried to call and they were rude. I asked if my order went through online (it hadnt) I was worried cause I had entered my CC info, I was not reassured at all by the dudes response. I wanted to make sure we lived within their deliver area and he was super sarcastic and rude to me. They seemed like they were too busy to answer a simple question so I figured it would be a long wait and I decided it wasnt worth the haste. No reason to be that rude when someone asks a simple question.

I thought I would try a local Pizza company so I gave them a call around 6:30 on a Thursday evening. The first person I spoke to was rude. She spoke over me as I gave her my address and put me on hold without asking if it was ok. Then, after waiting on the phone for 5 minutes, I spoke to a second person who was impolite in explaining that they do not "Deliver" that far away. Just for fun I Googled the drive time which turned out to be 5 minutes and 15 seconds. To think, I waited on the phone the same amount of time it would have taken to deliver the pizza. Oh well, their loss I guess. Food=? Service=poor.

G.R.P.D. which stands for Grand Rapids pizza delivery,is located on state St. Going east its on the Southside of the street,just pass layfette St. They have what I believe is the very best pizza around!!! Mondays and Tuesdays they have a special,1 ten inch personal pizza w/1 item for $4.99 after 4:30 pick up only? But its well worth it!!! Employees are some of the coolest,most helpful,and most importantly they are FAST!!! 10 TO 15 MINUTES and your ready to go!!! I go there every mon.+ Tues. Try um theyre great an eat in or take out. Thats it! For me for now. Bon appetit!

I was worried about ordering from this place, even though they are less than a mile from where I live, because of the reviews. I placed the order online, and then received a call about 2 mins later because the no longer carry an item listed on their menu. The apple pie pizza with graham cracker. They were apologetic and nice enough on the phone. The substituted for apple pie rolls, which were ok. Basically a cinnamon roll will apple filling inside. Overall their food was pretty good, and the service average. I will order from them again.

Always a great place to eat! Sometimes it takes awhile for food, most places that prepare scratch food takes a bit longer, but it is always worth it. I like the fact they are owned by a family, and they are really into keeping the food they buy and other stuff they do local. They have won a bunch of On the Town awards, for best pizza so those readers like them alot too. The staff is a bit quirky, with alot of different personalities, but I like that, and they are always friendly..Highly recommend.

I just called to place an order and they informed me they cant deliver. Isnt their name Grand Rapids Pizza DELIVERY? I know things happen, possibly their driver quit without notice or something. But you better change your name to Grand Rapids Maybe We Can Deliver if you dont have a contingency plan. On the flip side, when they actually feel like making deliveries their food is good and the prices are fair. They are getting a below average only because things like this really annoy me.

I placed my order over an hour ago and they just now called me and said that my address is out of the range of their delivery driver after I gave them my address at the time I ordered. Whoever the lady that called back to tell me that I was out of range of their driver hung up on me, then I called back to see what was going on and the manager hung up on me too I would never recommend this place to anybody. They should have known range at the time I placed my order.

Best cheese pizza in GR!! So are their cheese sticks, theyre good with time although they could improve in customer service. I decided to try something new and ordered their 5 cheese pizza and its a little salty for my taste, Ill be sticking to the regular cheese pizza. They do have a limit of where they deliver so Im not sure why they have delivery as part of their name...oh and that door is a little complicated on the way out:) Good pizza though.

The pizza was alright... I had a bad experience with them so I contacted the manager and he was rude so I spoke to a different manager she was also rude. Didnt want to listen to what I had to say. Told me she already new the story because I have called several times. Which I only called twice. From other comments I have read and how terrible the services I recieved were I wonder how they stay in business. Never going back again!
