When we arrived, the 3 people working were all huddled together hanging out and didnt recognize our presence until my husband called out to them. I feel horrible for lady that works in evenings. My husband, parents, and I stopped in to eat while here for OK Arts Institute performance. My mother and I placed order of boneless wings of various flavors. When the waitress delivered drinks she asked if we would like to have our wings delivered with seasoning sauces on side and we could dip. We asked if they could please do that ahead of time in kitchen. Ive never had a wing place ask me to season my own wings. When she proceeded back to the kitchen, you could hear the cooks screaming at her about us and what we wanted. It was abrasive enough that I apologized to her that they were yelling at her over our order. Furthermore, my husband had to acquire ones set of our silverware, and he also refilled our teas as we didnt see a worker for over 30 minutes at one point. As we were leaving, my mother pointed out that there were about 20-30 dead cock roaches in the hallway in front of the bathroom and kitchen entrance. The pizza was fine, but they did deliver our wings with nothing on them. When we sent them back, the guys in the kitchen really had a fit.

I called and ordered a thin crust super supreme and even went and picked up my order. Had to honk for someone to come to the window. So she comes up with a mouth full of food like a horse, gives me my order and I go on my way. Get home and my order is wrong! So I call back up there BC I asked for no mushrooms since Im allergic and there werent black olives. She says oh let me go ask if theyre supposed to be on there. Gets back on and says "only if you ask for them!" WTH when your menu clearly states OLIVES on the description! She didnt even offer to correct the mistake! Its pathetic that a simple pizza order cant even be made right! It definitely might be time for the Main St. restaurant to get some new staff or better yet a manager that has some descent customer service skills and do it right! Its pizza people, not rocket science......though I really wonder now!!

The girl that answered the phone on the night of 2-10-16 was extremely rude along with the co-workers in the back ground. First she wouldnt take my order. She didnt honor my request with the pizza. I am paying over the phone in advance along with tip but yet they couldnt simply call the number provided for the order to let the customer know the pizza was there to go get it. I didnt know the room # and the pizza was a surprise. In the past they have honored my request because the same person I was ordering the pizza for ALWAYS orders pizza from this store. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Audrey was a awful waitress. She stood at the front counter and told another waitress she hated her job while she had food in her mouth. Did not check on us ever. He went to the counter if we needed something.

Everytime we have pizza delivered, its always wrong. Theyre simple orders to, like just pineapple. The staff is not ashamed to swear and act very unprofessional in-store.
