Went to this location tonight for some ColdStone... they were out of half of the ice creams, didnt have any waffle bowls or waffle cones. Very disappointing. They had none of the new flavors at all and had to scrap the last bit of cake batter ice cream out. Asked for a large shake and got a medium sized shake...but was charged for a large. WONT BE BACK! UPDATE: went here with my Mom since she wanted Cold Stone so bad and it has been months since my last visit..again out of half of the ice creams and did not have any of the ingredients to make the Banana Carmel Crunch! This was on a Friday Afternoon. This location needs to be closed!

Came in 2 hours to close in the summer and they had maybe 5 flavours of ice cream left and couldnt do any of the specialty mixes (chocolate devotion, founders, etc.) And the flavours left were the ones that nobody ever wants. The employees were saying, "Sorry, this is pretty much all we have left," lazily as everyone just walked out. Not wasting my time again. First and last time at this Coldstone.

Service was slow as hell, employees seemed to care more about laughing at each others jokes over the intercoms than taking orders or even doing their job properly. My wifes ice cream was mostly melted by the time my shake was done. To boot, my milkshake was incredibly thin. Might be a good place to find out where to get weed or shrooms but I would not recommend the ice cream.

The staff was unpleasant, rude, and disinterested at the 28th and Breton location. The fellow behind the counter waited on my partner then walked away and wasnt going to ask me for my order but another ataff member called him on it. Then he took an extremely long time and was very aloof. Was the longest it has ever taken me at a coldstone. And the result was subpar.

I ordered a birthday cake online to be picked up at this location several days in advance. When I arrived at the location I was told that they forgot to make the cake. The manager also admitted that this was not the first time it had happened. Absolutely ridiculous! If cold stone holds its franchises to such low standards I will never visit again.

I dont usually like to rant in reviews, but if it was possible to rate 0 stars I would. The three times ive been to the 28th and Breton location the staff have been lazy and slow. Also they are constantly out of ingredients for their menu items. Every time Ive been here they have been out of half of the ice cream flavors. Do Not Come Here.

Sometimes, you need ice cream. Cold Stone Creamery has ice cream. This location is conveniently located. The staff were friendly and ever patient with my inability to decide on a flavor of ice cream in a reasonable timeframe. Also, the fact that they had Cherry Almond Cake Yogurt ice cream when I was there was pretty cool.

It seems like my experience matches most others- there were only a couple flavors of ice cream left, the place was a mess, the employee that "helped" us didnt speak a word to us and was very slow. It was very off-putting. Ive been happy with other cold stone locations but I will never go back to this one again.

Went to this location last night and it was awful!! Ice cream appeared to be freezer burnt. They were out of almost everything, and the place was a disgusting mess!!! I wIll NEVER be back to this location. Dirty, lazy employees, nothing in stock. Yuck!!!

Been here three times over the last year and always receive the slowest service. Like I genuinely think they hope if they just move slow enough then people will just leave. Oh and this time... out of a ton of stuff... including chocolate ice cream...

Came here wth my family and there were 3 employees goofing around while the lobby was trashed. Chairs everywhere, trash all over the floor and tables. Disgusting!

I enjoy the ice-cream when they have it. Ive been to this location half a dozen times and they are always out of time prime flavors.
