I have had the opportunity to eat several times at this Panera as "dine-in" and "take-out". Probably my timing, but there has always been a line and the staff were always busy. Nevertheless, the staff were always courteous and professional despite some less then polite customers ahead of me. The facilities were always clean and pleasant including the glass doors. As for the food, the bagels have always been very good with a nice variety and a choice of cream cheese flavors should I want something different. The breakfast sandwich was fair only because the egg seemed to be a premade "egg patty" rather than a real fried egg. But I must admit the turkey bacon sandwich was well made and flavorful. This Paneras is a good place to go to get your morning bagel or a lunchtime break. As with all Paneras, it is a bit pricey, but if you want good AND inexpensive, stay home and make it yourself! Then you dont have far to go to whine if it is less than you expected. Otherwise, its a fair meal and a good deal.

Service at this location has gone down since 1.5 ago. I have dealt with unpleasant individuals which has been a turnoff for me to spend money at this location, Very sad to leave this review as I have a 3 strike and your out rule before leaving negative comments. I gave this place 4 chances. An excuse was given that their rudeness during my last visit was due to them losing a staff member tragically and for that I am truly sorry but what were the excuses for their behavior the last 3xs. Also I have gotten warm soup, and my hubby had gotten a sandwich where the meat had ice crystals still in it. Family will now be going to the one on Miller RD. :( It use to be such a great place

Today is a SPECIAL DAY, in Panera. I was actually the first in recieving the invitation through the AUTISM RESEARCH SUPPORT CENTER. I road down from, Bay City, in show of my support, Panera did not dissapoint. The staff was especially graxeful, and provided me some great food. I had the French Onion Bistro, yumy, the Lentil Quinoa Chicken dish, the Green Smoothie, and a Very Special Pecan Pastry. I always say that people, buy from people, and today, YOU GUYS MADE THE SALE. THANK YOU PANERA :)

They ran out of bagels on the Sunday morning I came to get breakfast. Not sure how they run out of bagels but this visit was shot. Normally at least a 4 for them. Ive edited my review based on the fact that after I had this experience I was contacted by their customer care and then contacted by the location itself. Theyve taken steps to ensure my next visit would be a nice one, and owned up to the experience I had. Kudos to them for good customer service.

An ideal location for a very calm and quiet meal either during lunch or for an early supper. The WIFI connection is also so good, that one can wrap up the office work while having a hot soup. One flip side, they close way too early. 9.00 PM to be precise. So, if you wish to take a good takeaway back home, better be quick on it. My choice pick :- Broccoli Cheddar soup and a Mozzarella sandwich with a filling of your choice.

I was introduced to Panera Bread restaurants in a city located North of Chicago. I was so impressed with their soups. I said to my wife that I wished our area had a Panera restaurant. A few years latter a Panera came to Grand Blanc, Michigan area. The food and service was of the same quality as it was on my first visit to a Panera in Illinoiss.

I go here all the time, they are fast and tasty. Good seating, they can fit a crowd or they have more intimate seating. Its unfortunate the Panera on Miller Road is not as efficient as they are here, in fact the on miller has yet to get a order of mine right. I have been there probably 5 times and every single time theyve messed up my order.

I love the food and the employees are usually very friendly. If the order is wrong or is missing something, they are usually quick to fix it. I would love to give them five stars however the amount of times my order has been incomplete or wrong has been more often than them getting it right the first time.

Everytime I go to this Panera the service is very rude and at times the temperature not comfortable. The fod and coffee are great and there isnt another one near. I decided to come back today and again the person taking my order was extremely rude.

Food was ok, but overpriced. There was a posted special on bakery items when I went, but they failed to give me the discount because I didnt specifically ask when I ordered. In my opinion, discounts should be automatic if they are posted.

I love the atmospher, the hormone free Fugi Apple Chicken salad, real brewed ice tea & the outlets for my lap top!! My meal was less then $6 bucks!! No dollar menu when you eat real food!!!! How can anyone say it cost too much?!?!?

If you need a comfy place to drink a cup of coffee, Panera is by far the most comfortable place to drink coffee in Grand Blanc but the internet is unpredictable and slower than other coffee shops in town.
