My Sis Husband Alway Come And Get Her The Eggnourmous And French toast. But when she placed the order at the drive-through yesterday they gave him "French toast and the egg Normas did not have any meat only cheese and egg no hashbrowns. I told her to just go ahead and call and see if theyll work something out with her. She called the manager told her to come in thru the drive thru. When she came through the drive-through and said who she was, and already let the manager know she was on her way and close by. The manager said that she didnt see your order yesterday for those items. Horrible customer service, horrible manager they could have told her they would not be able to do it if she didnt have a receipt. and my sister always keep a receipt.for some reason she didnt have it for this one because her husband threw it away with the incorrect order before. I mean look at their ratings and reviews they only have three stars anyway

Me and my fiancé frequent this particular Burger King quite often. Every single time we come it is nothing but professional attitude and amazing food. This is the only BK in the area that we will eat at. We are here right now (7/11/17) and just wanted to give a huge shoutout to the whole crew but especially the manager. After we ordered, the cashier discovered that the credit/debit machine was uncooperative and not working. They tried my card 2 times and it wouldn’t work due to the machine being down. The manager stepped up and without hesitation comped our entire meal for us because we didn’t have any cash on us. I just wanted to give a huge thank you to The manager on duty Christine! You and your crew are the reason we will only come to this Burger King! Thanks for being awesome.

Unprofessional, poor customer service. Go here if you want attitude. A perfect example of why I dont go to chains, they simply dont care and they all hate their job. Youre gonna mess up my order and then give ME attitude? First the cashier is snarky and then the manager to boot. What a joke. ✌
