My husband and I went on a Tuesday night to check this place out. We love a good burger, so I thought even though the menu seemed a bit pricey wed give it a shot. It wasnt busy, I liked the interior I was even very pleased they had a family restroom that I could take my 2 year old in with me. They dont actually have a kids menu but they can accommodate a kids taste of grilled cheese and fries. I got the Green eggs and ham and my husband got the Mikey burger with a side of plain fries. My burger had good flavor from the prosciutto and spinach but the meat itself was just okay. My husband enjoyed the kick from the remoulade but he agreed it was an okay burger. We think maybe the buns had to do with the burger being sub par. The fries were very average, we would have gone more gourmet but we wanted our 2 year old to eat them as well. They are not worth $4 at all. We were happy to try something new but I cant anticipate a return trip. I think Graffiti, 5 guys, Gahanna Grill and then of course Thurmans will remain the best tasting burgers weve had in Columbus. All the fancy toppings just cant make up for the taste of a deliciously prepared burger.

Pretty upset that I have contacted Headquarters regarding the Easton location and still nothing as an apology back. A couple weeks ago my boyfriend and I who regularly are @ Easton and enjoy the choices of food, wine and craft beer that Easton has to offer on one particular "Sunday Funday as we like to call our date night or days rather we were craving a good burger and a few beers. Imagine our surprise when we got to the doors of the Flipside to see you were renovating which is great...what was dishearting was the fact there was no comment of this in your Facebook page or on the signs @ Easton or on the website itself. We drove an hour...again not a huge deal because we do it a lot BUT we have never been to Flipside and was looking forward to trying it out. Again...having stated this to your corporate offices and not even so much as an apology for the inconvenience was not what I would say great customer service. I dont know that we will see what the inside of Flipside will look like but sure would hope that you @ least clean up that end of your Customer Skills. I have left the same review on Facebook and will be leaving it here and Yelp as well.

Came here mid-afternoon on Friday, July 3 based on good buzz about their burgers. The place was not crowded at all (seriously, the bartender was waiting on, at most 8 people while we were there) and we sat at the bar and ordered a burger -- 25 minutes later we were still waiting for our burger. When I asked the bartender he shrugged and said he didnt know what was going on back in the kitchen. I set the timer on my cell phone for 5 minutes...if the food didnt show up by then I was outta there. You got it...alarm went off, food arrived as we were waiting for our check and I told them I didnt want it. I suspect the problem was that the bartender didnt put our order in when we placed it. Had he come to me and copped to that mistake (and maybe offered me a free beer to compensate me for the wait) I wouldve been very understanding and hung out to try it -- heck, it was a holiday weekend, I wasnt in a hurry...but this was unacceptable. ...I hope the management sees this and takes it seriously...but the fact is that I wont return as there are plenty of places I can get a good burger without this sort of crap!

Burgers are ok, def better than a lot of burger joints but the cost is just unjustified. You dont get fries with your burger so thats a extra $5.00. All the burgers are between $10-$18 and (Ive had a $15 burger and this is not it.) Like I said, still good though. But for my wife and I to have ordered two burgers, one order of fries and ONE beer (I dont drink) the bill with tip was $41.and some change. I think thats way to high for burgers. I wont be back because of the cost. Now our server was super nice, I wish I could of tipped her more but the food broke the bank. Sorry about the $5.00 tip. The one MAJOR plus was the cook actually got a medium rare burger right! Its like the first time in ever I didnt have to send it back. Seems like a lot of places are scared to cook it that low or are just morons. If you have good quality burger you can cook it however. Thanks on that note. Also.... dont go by the online menu prices they have raised the prices of everything. I think there was a $3 difference in the burger I ordered.

The food here is great and the environment is alright, but I have a dairy allergy and my experience here was pretty awful. I ordered a burger with no cheese and told them I had a dairy allergy. They have a lot of variety in burgers, but apparently only one bun for all of them that has loads of dairy in it. Instead of telling me this, they brought out the burger with NO bun. Just meat on the plate with lettuce on top. After I told the waitress I didnt want a burger with no bun and she took it back, I looked over the menu and found nothing else available without this bun at all besides salads. So I just ate fries while my friends ate and then went home. This place really is great for everyone else, they just have literally NO options for people with gluten or dairy allergies. I almost never have this problem other places (besides removing the cheese from items), so it was quite a bummer. They should remedy this!

Didnt know this place existed, only saw it while driving around looking for parking for another store. Decided to have a burger. The burger was good, the chips with blue cheese yogurt and crumbles was good too but nothing like Cap Citys. My only complaint is the loud, annoying music. The acoustics inside made the music even sound worse. I sat out on the patio all alone (which was fine), but the sliding glass door was open and the noisy, loud music permeated the outside. The 22 year old server didnt seem to get why a 58 year old wouldnt enjoy the same music as she does ( or the volume). To be completely fair, I didnt blame her, I blame management and ownership for thinking that every age group wants to be bombarded with an auditory assault. Loud, annoying music ( to me) is why I mainly eat at home or use carry-out.

Great burger place. Everything is local, beef is grass fed and from Ohio. The decor is industrial (lots of metal and wood). Service was good and burgers and appetizers came out quickly. Definitely try the tempura asparagus and shitake mushrooms - so delicious and come with a great dipping sauce. The Caprese burger was good, not great. The mozzarella cheese was so bland, and it could have used more basil. I could only taste the balsamic dressing on the burger. My burger Patty was a little dry, but I did order medium well. Next time I will go with medium. Overall, a solid choice. They also have a full bar, but we did not check it out this time. We will be back though.
