I have visited a LOT of starbucks in several different states, but most frequently the ones in Michigan where I live. This is my favorite, hands down - I have ALWAYS had impeccable service here: great coffee and food, and even better customer service experiences! The staff is always friendly and helpful. Not only do the employees deliver great service to every customer, they go out of their way to develop relationships with their customers, commenting on haircuts and remembering small details like syrup or whipped cream preferences. Absolutely wonderful Starbucks all around!

Generally great service by friendly staff. Had a couple of times where the wait seemed longer than necessary, but it happens. Would recommend this location overall. Design of the drive thru isnt ideal, a slight pick up in cars really jams its up. Other than by routing drive thru behind the strip mall, I dont see a viable way to improve. Other tenants likely need that space for shipments, etc. which is why it probably wasnt done that way in first place.

Most of their employees are great a couple that are kind of grumpy most of the time but they know who I am and what I drink so usually by the time I get to the window its already made today I got to Starbucks from a different place and they had messed it up and I end up coming to this one and they fix it for free and sent me on my way very pleased

Nice little eatery with tasty dishes unfortunately several selections were off menu as they were out of supplies! Seating is limited but this did not present much of a problem. This location offered to sell me cocaine. She said it was a red eye. But then slide a small glass plate to the register and scooped up a white powder on the blade of a knife. The bathroom was full of small children in distress. Someone needs to take a look at this place.

Asked for soy because of a milk allergy. I was given milk instead. Paid extra for the soy even and ended up sick. I hope that the barista enjoyed socializing with her friends because she successfully ended my night.
