Called ahead while at work spoke with a friendly associate about if they sold coffee beans she said yes I thanked her and finished my 15 hr shift. Left work drove out of my way to get the beans just to find the sign said open until 10 pm it was 9:06 pm doors locked. I then went through the drive thru and was greeted with not welcome to Tim Hortons but we only selling drinks you want anything. So I asked if I was able to purchase a bag of the coffee beans through the drive thru he said yea hold on then he goes Im we aint got none. Ok so I left got up early drove back and walked in and guess what I bought yep a bag of coffee beans. I am a manager in retail and if we talked to our customers like that or treated them with such disrespect I would be out of a job. Get it together Tim Hortons been a loyal customer for years I would hate to start hitting star bucks.

Just went through drive-thru. Ordered toasted bagel. My bagel was cold and tasted day-old. So either they gave me a day old bagel or one they toasted an hour ago. *sigh* Gross ! This is the third time, out of 3 visits :(, something has been wrong. 1st time - given an egg, cheese muffin when I ordered a bagel, time 2, given an egg, sausage, cheese bagel when I ordered a plain bagel with cream cheese and given a coffee with extra sugar when I ordered just cream. Yuck! One mistake - fine. But 3 ? and consecutive visits no less. Nope. I will not be returning.

We visited here a very early in the morning twice, a week apart (in town for baseball tournament) and the service was super slow. People working looked at us standing there and continued glazing donuts or wiping counters without an acknowledgement. This last visit our order was wrong after slow service and there was a large water leak all over by the entrance. We told the staff upon arriving about the water and they said "we know" but even when we left no one was making a move to get it handled-dangerous. Disappointing.

Hours posted on Tim Hortons website say 24 hours. Hours posted at the store say 4am. I showed at 4:05am (on my way to an early flight), and they werent open, but someone was entering, so I asked if they would be open soon (hey, sometimes were all running a little late), and she said yes, in just a couple minutes. 5-10min later, still not open and no signs from the inside that they were anywhere NEAR ready to open, so we left.

05/26 I stopped at this Tim Horton and ordered breakfast this morning. My hashbrown was thrown in the bottom of the bag without a sleeve and I asked if they were out of sleeves and it seemed to had been a big deal. I asked for the manager and she reacted as if I asked for something out of the ordinary with an attitude. Ill drive to the Tim Horton on Rawsonville from now on.

For some reason every few visits they get my order wrong. I was rushing to work this morning and specifically asked for no cheese. I pull off on my way to work and what do I find on my biscuit. CHEESE. And this isnt the first time this has happened...... Always check to make sure you get what you ordered when you stop here.

I went this morning on my way into work, got my coffee and bagel with strawberry cream cheese. I opened it up a few hours later to eat it and it wasnt starwveeey cream cheese.. I hate regular cream cheese so it was a big let down. They even repeated my order back to me and said strawberry.

They sell Sour Cream Glazed DONUTS but no TIMBITS... Also when I rode up their drive thru at night they say theyre only selling Drinks after 8PM, no donuts no nothing. WHAT KIND OF S**T IS DAT? Im never spending at this Donut/Cafe again

Love this Tim Hortons. They have the nicest staff and manager I have ever encountered at a fast food restaurant. They are very quick and always get my order right. I will go out of my way to go to this location. The very best!

Its Tim Hortons. . It doesnt get better than that. I live in Indiana and Ive read Tim is coming to Indiana bit so far nothing. So for now I will travel to Tim and literally buy the coffee display in the lobby.

Best Tim Hortons around!! Ill drive out of my way just to come here instead of the ones on Hewitt or Ann Arbor-Saline. The service is much better and the food/coffee is always fresh and in-stock
