Really a great place to eat... But only if you get there when they arent busy. The staff seem to get confused when there are a lot of people and tend to forget the appropriate order to help people in. Last time I went there it was moderately busy at the beginning of their lunch rush. After helping the customer in front of me I was left waiting at the counter as the clerk rushed away from the counter. She proceeded to greet and seat a set of customers then proceeded to take the order for another table. Completely oblivious to me. After standing there awkwardly for a long while watching as people who came in after me were helped I left and contemplated what had just happened as I got my lunch elsewhere. The only reason they didnt get less than 3 stars is because the last time I came in it was a decent experience although it was only 15 minutes after they opened. Dont come here during peak hours, your bound to have a less than enjoyable experience with the scatterbrained staff and severely cramped space.

OK THIS IS A MUST GO!!!! I am totally serious!!!! 4 years we have come to Michigan on business and we come here RELIGIOUSLY!!! These folks ARE AMAZING!!!!!!!! This is the single cutest, most awesome, amazing, stupendous, cafe EVER! The food is VERY good and very fresh, great salads (spinach & spring mix), and OMG the soups!!!!!! So fricken perfect!!!! The staff is soo friendly and polite and the owners ROCK!!!! YES GO YES GO YES GO!!!!! Tell them to make you " Matts Salad" its like a kitchen sink but they named it after me!!!!

Its a nice, quaint eatery where you can have a delightful meal with a drink. The staff was cheery despite it being the morning which is always charming. The food selections were exactly what one would expect from a little cafe but their drink selection was impressive all things considered. I will definitely return again.

Charming atmosphere, full bar, wonderful food, great piped in music, clean and the owner and staff are welcoming. Ive never has a bad meal or bad service and I eat there a couple times a week. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are all really good. Cant say enough good about it. So glad its in my own backyard.

I can not say enough great things about this place! Its cozy, clean, people are so nice and the food is above par... I come here at least once a week now.. They have a full bar, latte bar and awesome breakfasts! The Academy sub is awesome.
