To sum up, a bar and grill struggling to decide if its going to just another pub or live up to the image they want to portray, with service that can be spotty. Been there twice so far and neither time was what Id call great. The first was just a few days after opening and it was obvious they still had some kinks to work out. Service staff was still being trained up, and that was obvious. Food was mostly good but my Rattlesnake Pasta tasted like it had a shaker of salt added to it. I told this to the waiter at the end of our meal and when he came back he said the chef agreed and they took the entree completely off the bill. Appetizer we ordered was delicious - a pretzel loaf with a cheese dip. The pizza my wife had was ok, but nothing to write home about. Our waiter pointed out a man he called The Beer Czar who would help us pick beers to pair with our food. He never made it to our table - apparently the other 4 occupied tables were taking up all his time? So we chalked it up to some experience needed. We gave it a couple months and came back, figuring it would be all set now. In the meantime theyve gotten their lunch service up and going as well as apparently offering valet parking on the weekends. Im still scratching my head on that one. As another reviewer pointed out, the parking lot is a mess ever since they put in the Starbucks and Burger King. In that area the rows are only about 5 cars deep, with really no space to turn around. Why you need to be valet parked, IDK. Anyhow, we were seated and our waitress took our drink and appetizer order. Nothing special was said about the beers, apparently the menu is supposed to speak for itself, despite the whole theme of the bar. Waitress brought our drinks and asked if we wanted to keep our menus - we said no, so she took them away...without taking our dinner order. Appetizers were brought out by the kitchen staff a while later, the same pretzel load wed ordered before, and it seemed like it had been baked much earlier and then put in the microwave to heat up for us - soggy and not that great. Waitress disappeared. We waited another 10 minutes before flagging down another waitress and asking her to find ours. Our waitress showed back up a bit after this w/o a single word of apology, but rather complaining that "they" wanted her to get her cardio workout in, giving her tables on opposite sides of a dividing wall. Food came in a decent time. Chicken fingers were typical pub fare, nothing special there. It was kind of funny when the waitress deposited ranch dressing with the fingers, after shed asked if we wanted dipping sauce 3 times, and was told no 3 times. She said "the computer made me put in a sauce, so here it is, just hand it back to me and Ill take it back to the kitchen". WTF?? BBQ chicken was decent, but the accompanying green beans and fingerling potatoes were much better than the chicken itself. On the up side, the man whod been previously pointed out to us as The Beer Czar was happy to change the channel on one of the TVs for us.

Have had two meals from this place 1.Grilled cheese with pub fries - Delicious 2.Pulled pork with pub fries- wasnt bad. My personal experience with this restaurant is ok. My first order was great. My second order was not good.. My coworkers and I often order meals for pickup, and one of us goes to get the meal. This order was no different. I called in my order an hour early (12:15pm)and told the waiter that I would be there in an hour to pick up the food. I was quoted a price of $53. When I arrived (1:14pm)the waitress told me the food would be out in a few minutes. And she gave me the bill. The bill was $67. I asked the waitress why the bill was more than expected? She looked at the bill for a moment and then said she does not know, but would consult with the manager. I payed the bill with cash due to the prices appeared to be accurate for the orders give or take a few dollars on two items. Now I understand that online menus do no always match the in store price, and considering I have had food from them before and the portions were a good size, I had faith that the situation would play out better.(Note:.We did check out their website for the menu. The vast majority of the prices online did not match the receipt.) She left the front and went into the back of the restaurant- I did not see her again for another 10 minutes (1:27pm). She finally came back with another gentlemen. Whom did not speak to me at all. They spoke for a few minutes near the register. Then the guy left. and she handled the register for another minute. (1:32pm)Then she came back to me and gave me cash back and stated they dont make the donut item. (I was now back to the originally quoted price.) I then waited another 3 minutes (1:36pm) and she brought out the bag of food. All the items were there(except the donut).I wasnt happy, but complaining any further would just fall onto deaf ears, and I wanted to get back to work while I still had time. It took less then 8 minutes for me to get back to work. and the food was warm but not hot. Overall- a disappointing experience. And me and my co-workers will not be going back. But the questions still remain: Why was I not called back to be advised that you do not sell the donut anymore? Why was the food not ready? - You had an hour+ FYI - the portions have shrunk as well.

After our party of 8 was told there would be an hour wait at Ruby Tuesdays, we decided to try Craft Breww City which was across the street. I will say that the atmosphere is fun and their bar is extensive but their service. is. terrible. Our waitress was MIA most of the time. By the time our waitress came to our table to order, we were starving. Our partys food was brought haphazardly - two or three entrees at a time by different servers. There must have been a huge disconnect with the kitchen and the servers - my husband never received his entrée. By the time our waitress came to check on us, my husband stated that he did not receive his food. She seemed surprised and apologized and went to check the kitchen. When she returned her reply was "your entrée was accidentally dropped out of the window." Im not sure what our waitress was doing in the meantime, but every 5 minutes she would come back and say, " Ill go check". This was about a 30 minute ordeal before a manager happened to stop by our table to check on our dinner. He apologized and within 2 minutes, magically brought my husband his entrée, which was a sandwich by the way, not steak au pouvre . By this time our entire party was finished with our meals while he was just starting. She did not charge us for the entrée, which was the least she could do. Our total time at the restaurant was 90 minutes. If you were going for drinks and maybe appetizers or if you have a different waitress I only hope your experience is better than ours. We will not be returning to this establishment.
