They remodeled it and I guess that met fire the entire kitchen staff. I guess it is my fault for not walking out when the server took my beer order and said order now our kitchen in awful and you wont get any food in under an hour. After setting there for 2 hrs and 20 min and finishing my third drink, I asked if I still had wings coming. The waitress retook my order and said that my wings must have went to the wrong table. Dont worry though if you set at this BWs for 3 hrs to eat a small boneless wing the manager will take $9 off of your $60 bill. What a joke - I wont be back and this is the first time in my life I have ever felt strongly enough to write a review on anything!

I felt like my children were not welcome. No refills for them and I even asked. Kids love playing with the tablets and when one was broke the server acted like he didnt care when my son asked for a new one. I had to go find one that worked. They were not busy and Anthony seemed pissed when the hostess sat us in his area. I truly regret even giving him a 18% tip. I usually always tip 20%. I wished I would habe gave him 5. When his friends that he knew came in he seemed happy a motivated serving them. If your not happy with your job just resign.

The food is BW3s standard and the servers seem pleasant. There seems to be a serious problem with training and management however. I have ordered online/call-in takeout several times and had to wait 30+ minutes for my order once I arrived. This last week I even placed the order an hour in advance in the hope they would be on time, I was let down. It appears that they dont put the order in until you get there.

Food was good...service was terrible.. Friday at 1230pm was fairly empty.. 10 mins before we even get acknowledged at our table Another 10 before we get our drinks/water. 10 more mins before we order off the fast sheet. 15 minutes till we get our food. There was 5 of us. About $65 between all of us. Sorry I just thought this was un acceptable

Im always disappointed here with at least 2 things or so. This time they forgot about our order. Me and my daughter ordered 20 wings and patatoe wedges. How can you forget about 20 wings and bring the dusters there wings when they came after us by 15 minutes. Anyways long story short service time is horrible and they are irresponsible.

It was very busy when I went there for a pickup order, Tara needs an attitude adjustment! "I cant, I just cant!" Very short with and demanding of coworkers, maybe because they were busy, I wouldnt put up with that attitude though. I waited 20 minutes on top of the time they said my food would be ready and still got cold wings.

Wow. They used to have good burgers. Im sitting here looking at a frozen, burger shaped thing that takes like tofu meatloaf. I guess this is what a crabby party would taste like. Time for a trip to burger king on the way home since Im starving.

Excellent place for the sports fans out there. With TVs running out the wahzoo, beer selections for days, and a lively and knowledgeable staff this is THE place to watch the big game. I recommend the Bleu Cheese Burger.

Been here twice. Service is super slow. Took at least an hour for food to arrive when I was there the first time. Took 30 minutes for the food to come out the next time. Youre better off eating at the Roosters nearby.

Staff is friendly and attentive. Decent food at a reasonable price. The draft beer selection is reasonably diverse but too many big breweries. Do you really need Bud, Miller Lite, Coors Light and Michelob Ultra?

The air conditioning isnt working and it wont be fixed until next year, the drink dispenser wasnt working either. Food was fine but it might be awhile before I consider returning.

Very large BW3s with separate bar area, and lots of TVs to watch the games. Prices are a little high (most BW3s are), but the food is good and the staff is friendly.
