HORRIBLE! We went there to celebrate a close friends birthday. We were gonna surprise him. If you saw us you can tell we arnt exactly "football fans" cuz it was superbowl sunday today. Anyways I went to the jupe box with my boyfriend to pick some better music. Then he walked away from me to go to the bathroom. and i was by myself for a sec. Once i got done picking music out the bar tender/owner/ manager whatever calls me over and asks how long we were planning on staying. I was shocked and confused by this question. I explained that we were waiting on a couple more people becuase it was our friends birthday. He responded to me in a very rude manner that we had to leave by 4:30 becuase of Super Bowl sunday. And that the tables we were sitting at were "reserved". I call bullshit. Becuase there were PLENTY of tables to go around and the fact he decided to tell us after we already bought food was odd . bottom line he was an idiot. He then came by the table helped our waitress pick up our empty trays then we heard him clear as day tell the waitress "get them out of here". We know thats what he said becuase our waitress verbally comfirmed that he wanted us to leave. We did not do anything wrong. We came in bought food and were gonna order drinks but he lost business there. Yes the food was amazing our waitess was a sweetheart but that manager is a bigot. He treated us like we were trash. Never going back. We all feel it was becuase of the way we looked. We were all hipsters/ nerds/ biker types. It was unbelievable how he was towards us.

The first couple of times I visited this bar, the food was great, the service was prompt and courteous, and the drinks were cheap. Thats the good... The last time I visited, a black couple walked in and the owner/bartender looked at them and said, "youre in the wrong place," and instantly told them that they were actually supposed to be at the Time Out Bar in Detroit. Oddly enough, that was the place they were looking for, but the racist assumption and his remarks after they left were enough to take my business elsewhere. Sucks, because I thought I had found myself a new watering hole.

This is a great place to network and hang out with friends and colleagues. Great food and the outside patio seating is comfortable and clean. Have had a couple of business meetings here and it is a great place to meet.

I love this place... great people, great food! Lunch specials are super affordable and you get plenty for your $$. Super clean and inviting. TV screens everywhere. Been coming here for years and dont plan to stop.
