I wish I could but lower then one star, the service was awful. The waitriss had little to no cutomer service skills, after she gave us our drinks she put them down walked away before we had a chance to say anything to her (this happened throughout our whole vist.) when we didnt see her for a good 10 minutes we looked around and she was sitting down at a table talking to other cutomers about personal things, every time we said thank u for something she didnt say Your welcome or anything she would just set the stuff down and walk away. When we finally got our food the fries and cheese curds were very cold, the wing were very over sauced. When my friend tried to tell her that she wanted new wings because there was to much sauce she just said ok we can make u new ones but its going to be a wait, and we said thats fine and we apologized for that and she seemed very annoyed and just walked away before we were done talking. There was no manager to be found any where to talk about our experience. I will not be back to this Buffilo Wild Wings. Over all it was an awful experience I would not reccomend anyone here.

Called at 9:35 p.m. to place a order to be ready at 10:50 p.m. because I work midnights and I had my lunch break. I drive all the way up there on my break and I was 10 minutes late of being there by 10:50 p.m. to pick up my food. I walk in young guy ask have I been helped I said no I have a pick up order. He remembered my order and immediately said "oh are fryers just went down so we cant make your potatoe wedges but I think your chicken might be up I have to check. I use to work at B Dubs as a cook I know they have heated drawers to hold the traditional wings and the boneless wings before the add sauce to push out for an order. He comes back with the manager and she tells me that the fryers went down 20 minutes ago and is there anything else I would like to get. I asked her you guy couldnt call me to let me know the fryers went down and my food wouldnt be ready at 10:50. She says oh no they just went down. That was very careless customer service and a waste of gas and my time for my lunch break never going back again and majority of the plant I work at will not be going up there!

Hey the one star ratings are almost surpassing the five stars! Just got finished eating here and I have to give it to them for consistency. The last time we ate here it was bad, however this time around has sealed the deal. I will never patronize this establishment again. Ill try Novi. I dont know what it is. I dont have this issue anywhere else except for this buffalo wild wings. We were shorted on our wings, the sprite my friend ordered was seltzer water twice. The waitress was rude and acted as if we didnt exist. The place wasnt even busy. Finally a manager came by and asked how our meal was. I gave him a nice logical explanation of why we were dissatisfied and he just plainly said "oh, well Im buying your meal tonight." And walked away...no offer to refill with a soda that didnt suck. Just gone...we waited for the waitress to come by and she did...just not to us, just treated us as if we werent there. So we got up and left. Dont know if we dined and dashed or not. Sucks sucks sucks.

If you have never been to B-dubs you have either never eaten at a restaurant, have never watched any sports game, or dont like chicken wings. Probably all of the above. The wings are good with more dipping sauces than a math scholar can count. It ranges from less spicy than water to so hot you will need a tongue transplant. If you go there go Thursday. Its boneless day. You should order at least 5 times more than you actually expect to eat like I always do so you can have lunch at home for a week. Get a few of a bunch of the sauces for a variety. Overall a pretty cool place with more TV screens than Best Buy. They have every possible sports game you could ever want including teams that just plain suck. If youre coming here you are likely getting the wings. They do have a ton of other food options, but be realistic, youre here for the wings and beer, not the salad.

Buffalo Wild Wings just aint what it used to be... Or maybe it never really was. I used to really enjoy an afternoon or evening watching sports, having some beers, and eating some wings here, but not so much anymore. The food is average, the service is average, and unfortunately the prices just keep getting higher and higher. The last time I went here I ordered two different orders of wings both wet. One came quite literally swimming in sauce and the other look like it was just a normal amount of sauce. I can tolerate average food. I can tolerate average service. I can even tolerate slightly pricey menu. What I have trouble with is when you combine all three. It is becoming more and more difficult to justify the expense of taking my family to Buffalo Wild Wings when there are so many healthier Alternatives available that would cost about the same.

I gave you two stars because i believe that hate is a very strong word. I gave you two stars because i disliked the staff and their attitudes. the hospitality in your store is very weak. I came in to pick up my food and the female at the counter was very rude and unenthusiastic about her work. When i arrived to pick up my take out, the food wasnt even ready, on the phone they said about 20 or 30 minutes. when i got there after 30 minutes the girl said that it would be another 40 minutes. The girl at the counter ignored me when i would ask how much longer. Im not sure if Im getting her name right or if Im even spelling it right but i think her name was taylor. she was shorter and had dirty blonde hair. i was a regular and now i will never be going there anymore. i will also be telling people about my experience.

Terrible. Had a.party of 7. We told.the.host we would wait at the bar. His first comment was that if we didnt hear our name he wouldnt come find us. We went to the bar. Heidi the bartender was our saving grace. We didnt know it at the time. We got our table and ordered the hummus vegetable appetizer. It didnt come with hummus and when we asked our server she said shed check. They were out but I guess she hoped we wouldnt notice. Then me and my girlfriend ordered salads.We asked for them to be chopped. We were told the kitchen was very busy. My friend ordered the naked chicken.They were fully dressed. The server asked if he wanted what he actually ordered. Pitiful. Food that we actually ate was mediocre. The bottled bud light was good.

I love the chain but not at this location. Went in and got seated right awhile, order food with-in 10 minutes, got drinks in a few minutes, 45 minutes after and we still did not get our food. We ask our waitress to see what is going on, she went to check and came back and told us that they are still working on our order (3 burgers) and for us to patiently wait a little bit longer. She did not offer any compensation for our long wait so we told her to cancel our order. She seems upset with us but gave us our check for the drinks with/out any discounts. Never coming back to this location. It was not even a weekend. My advise, go to a different location.
