If we were able to give zero stars, we would, which is unfortunate because we love the checkers in Waterford. Manager just screamed at us for asking for a refill and completely disrespected us. To say we are confused would be an understatement because we asked if we could sit and eat in the parking lot and come back for a refill before we left and a different employee said that it was okay. We pulled up to the window to hear the words "pull the lid and straw out and this is the last time you can get a refill here." Last time? This was our first time. We gave her the cup and she screamed "Jesus Christ. This is only half way full." And slammed the window shut. When the cup was returned she said "if it spills its not my fault." Weve never been so disrespected at any drive through. Dont come to this location if you want good service. Sorry Checkers! We still love the Waterford location!

It took 20 minutes for 2 double cheese burgers not the first time here the 3 rd all bad service took 2o minutes or more . 4 employees standing around doing nothing. Was asked to call in order next time for 2 damm burgers. Is this fast food or did they have to kill a cow.

Confident I just received food poisoning from my order of chicken on 3/9/15. Seven hours after consumption I was living in the bathroom. Everything I ate for the two days before was homemade and no other family member became ill.

Came here yesterday, pretty late too like 11:00. Had some burger and fries which was delicious. Love the fact that the fires was crispy and wasnt at all soggy and cold.
