So, Have I had better fried chicken? Yes Have I had bigger pieces of chicken? Yes Have I had faster service when making fried chicken? Yes Have I had less expensive Fried Chicken? Yes But when we wanted fried chicken last night- and I wasnt cooking. Where did we go? Chicken Shack. I dont get the bad reviews- Yeah its not as good as mine. But I prefer it to KFC. Weve gone twice, so obviously the first time was good enough to warrant a second visit. The chicken was moist, although the pieces small. The potatoes are always delicious (and half the reason why I said- lets just go here) The broasted mushrooms though- killer!! Coleslaw is too fine chopped for me- but its ok. However an 8 Piece Meal with a side of potatoes, coleslaw, one order of broasted mushrooms, (the meal came with a 2 liter) and another fountain drink was 31 bucks., I think thats more than Ive ever paid at KFC, Churchs, or Popeyes. But the food feels a tad bit more real. Would I go again- Probably Would I hurry back?- Not really

Awesome franchise owner the very best happy employees gladly help all customers, offering whats on special, free water cups and get this table delivery service when order complete. No other location does this , the Riverview location run by corporate is a disaster, complaint all over the web. We will never again purchase from any other Chicken Shack, youre gonna be impressed on your visit. Great job folks.

They gave me old chicken when I first came in the guy and gloves on for the man in front of me but when I ordered I noticed he took off his gloves and threw my chicken in the batter of grease with no gloves on when I got home the chicken tastes really spoiled like it was old and inspired and later on that night I got really sick stomach pains worst chicken shack experience ever I will never go there again

Really good chicken I would say some of the best chicken that Ive had awesome barbecue sauce although there was a lady that was kind of rude to me had an attitude she was the older lady just because I asked for the barbecue they put on the ribs he told me the packet was the same thing the point is I believe the customer should always be right over something so simple

After you buy two meals and ask for bar-b-que sauce, they charge you 75 cents. The bathrooms are terrible. The floors are dirty. The pop machine is not clean. Also i seen somebody come from outside an start handling food. I believe they need new management and workers their. Just terrible service.

Worst customer service EVER!! When I placed our order, could not understand the girl taking the order and when we went to it up she was drinking a bottle of water at the register and was so put out I was bothering HER. What a waste of $30.00

Food was OK but this place is so cheep ordered $30 in food one chicken dinner didnt come with anything didnt give me any sides and they want to charge you for everything BBQ sauce ranch poor owners thanks for the great franchise Mr illich

Awesome food! Great chicken, awesome broasted potatoes and great ribs. This is one of our favorite places. We drive 20 miles one way to eat here on a regular basis. They have a big menu and the food is worth the trip.

Outstanding staff, everything is always fresh and delicious. As with every chicken shack, food is made to order, so be prepared to wait a few minutes, but the wait is totally worth it!

Service was quick, in and out in less than 5 minutes. Broasted potatoes are the best in the business. Chicken was hot and crispy. I like the creamy coleslaw.

Not bad. The ribs are fall off the bone. Catfish could have been seasoned better but still was cooked well. Potato really good with a butter sauce
