First off I want to begin this review to say that the food is very good here, but that doesnt mean much when the customer service is terrible. I arrived with my party of 7 for some takeout. My friend ordered a chicken sub. She was one of the first ones to order and 15 minutes later they say they are "out of subs". Not an entirely huge deal, these things happen. So she orders a cheeseburger and fries and mozzarella sticks. At this point the entire party has their food except my friend. Twenty five minutes later they apparently made her meal, but by mistake gave it to some one else who ordered something totally different. So not only have the screwed up my friends order they also screwed up the order of the guy who left with my friends meal. They apologize and make another meal for her and add in some complimentary baklava which was nice, but doesnt really make up for the fact that we were all sitting there waiting for over an hour. On top of that, my friend didnt have the mozzarella sticks in her bag once we got back to eat our food! So after all of that and they still couldnt get it right. We went all the way back up to the restaurant to give them a chance to fix things, but all they did for us was refund the mozzarella sticks. Really? Most places who screwed things up that badly would have at least given a decent amount on a gift card for next time or something. I guess they dont want repeat customers.

I really want to give this place more stars because the food is very good and reasonably priced... but alas, the rating is for the entire dining experience. This was my second time dining in, and both times I had to go to the front take out counter to ask if a server would be waiting on us. We saw waitresses taking care of other tables, however, it was a good 4 minutes (and when youre on a lunch break, every minute counts) before one came to us. She was pleasant and helpful, however when my friend received the wrong wrap, it took another 5 minutes or so before the waitress looked our way and responded to our upraised hands. Finally,the tip is included in the bill. I find this extremely presumptuous yet given the poor service, its probably the only way they can assure themselves of a tip. Usually for good service I tip higher than the 15% they demanded, but this wasnt the case. So, if you want good Middle Eastern food and have LOTS of time and dont mind being charged a mandatory tip, give Kabob Inn a try.

People that answer the phone are beyond rude! They dont take their time to explain. So dumb of them! Everytime i say Ima stop ordering or going to place I end up going some how because my wife likes the food. I just had her call and order by delivery they didnt even know what they are doing. On top of that I had her jst try to give them my card number on the phone and they wouldnt let her when they did before. She didnt have my card on her. The girl that was speaking to her was so rude and as if shes the customer! Seriously people this place has the worst customer service I will never listen to my wife and step a foot there!

First things first, the food is pretty good. I do think it is a bit pricey though. I have never eaten in but carryout. The bad side is that I feel so rushed everytime I have placed a phone order.. I understand they are busy however courtesy goes a long way. To be honest I would never go back if the food was not good but it is and that is what saves this customer Kabob Inn. Also its a good idea to be honest with your guests on truly how long your carryout order will take. They will tell you 20 minutes but expect a half hour wait.

Food was mediocre. Swarmas were ok, nothing to rave about. The tablulee was aweful cold and refrigerated. The service was bad, when I called I was kind of annoyed. I was more annoyed when I arrived and asked for extra bread, the lady replied with "how much do you want", I said I was not sure as I did not know the amount the meal came with. The lady was not pleasant and I could barely hear her. When I asked what she said she got irritated at that too. I will not be going back.

Waited 5 minutes to place my order.i stood at the register while a young man was on the phone.the woman with the purple highlights seemed to have an attitude and stood around until I finally went to my car to ask my wife if she really wanted food from this restaurant.i went back in and the lady (purple highlights)takes my order.your customer service needs improvement if you want to keep your customers.

Clean place, chill vibes, great food. Its a walk in, order at the counter, go seat yourself type, but nicer. Service was quick, pleasant, and personable. Chicken shawarma fatoosh was on point and fried kibbie was awesome. Enough for 2 meals at $18 total was reasonable in my opinion for the fare. Definitely coming back.

Their foods and pricing cant be compared to other restaurants. They have reasonable prices.the food is beyond amazing. Ive been to sooo many restaurants and kabob inn has always been my favorite. I recommend many to try their boneless chicken. Its very tender and has a tasty lemon sauce that goes on iy.

This place is byfar the best!!! Food is amazing and so are the staff. Would recommend it to everyone. Make sure you try the tawook extra and or the Greek Wrap. They also deliver!!! Must meet the requirement though which is understandable. Love it and will be back for sure!!!! Keep up the good work.

Very friendly service.Awesome food. For starters grapeleave wraps were soft and juicy.Kebabs were juicy and soft with perfect balance of spices. The side rice was perfectly boiled,neither too soft nor hard. The hummus was awesome. Best of all the bill was pocket friendly :-)

Ive had better food somewhere else, but I like this place location and the service is acceptable . A tiny more attention to the quality of the food and a little more front counter training, this place will have no problem becoming one of the best restaurants in the area.

Oh man the food here us to die for. Great sandwiches, grape leaves, hummus, chicken shawarma. I can go on and on. If I go somewhere closer to home Im dissappointed and feel like Im cheating on them. The flavor of the food is fabulous!!!

The people were so friendly! The food was plated beautifully! I enjoyed it so much I wish I lived closer to go all the time. I will be coming back time and time again though. An experience you must have if you dont eat out much.

The food is great if I could ever get it. Every time I call they say they, "dont have a delivery boy", except today, but now they dont take credit cards over the phone... Ridiculous! Will NEVER eat here again.

Very good tasty middle eastern grilled . I loved their yummy olive oil vegetables grape leaves it is so tasty. Fresh carrot juice was awesome :) diffidently I will go back and invite my family & friends.
