So its the 4th of July and my girlfriend and I decided we were in the mood for IHOP, but had no idea of itd be open for the holiday. While my girlfriend was googling the phone number, she was surprised at how many bad reviews this place had, and wanted to go to a different location instead. I tried to assure her that I had never had a problem with this place, and we ended up taking our chances with it. THE REVIEWS ARE NOT JOKING. When we went in, there were only 4 or 5 tables seated, and it was by no means busy. It took us almost 10 minutes just to be seated. After wed ordered and received our drinks, the only part of the meal that was good, we started hearing other customers complaining. The table next to us actually demanded a refund from the manager. After talking with them a for a bit and joking around about how the other location near us never has problems, they finally got their refund and left, and we considered just paying for our drinks and leaving, as wed already been waiting about 35 minutes for our food (one omelet and a stack of pancakes). We had plans, and it was already too late to go anywhere else, so we stayed, and finally got our food another 10 minutes later. When we got our food, we had to call the waitress back over because we were not given silverware. The food was cold, and did not taste very well. During the next 10 minutes that we were eating, a mother and son had been waiting at the counter to be seated the entire time, until they finally grabbed a passing waiter and asked what the hell was up. We didnt see our waitress again for about 15 minutes after we finished our food, and then we finally paid and got the hell out of there. In short, food sucked, and the place is unbearably slow. It used to be good, but the current manager and or staff have no idea how to run the place.

Ive always loved IHop. Today my 22-year old daughter and I were looking forward to having a delicious breakfast along with my 3 month old grandson. We were seated near two mothers each with a child of about 1-1/2 years old, one child screamed and then the other louder, this went back and forth for quite some time with neither of the mothers making an attempt to correct the children. So we asked our waitress to move us to another area and explained why. The screaming became even louder so we asked to speak to the manager, who is quite impressive to say the least. She apologized and "tried" several attempts at remedying the situation. These two mothers actually were insulted at anyone bringing this to their attention. Their first response was they had a large family, Ive known several families with 11 children each that would not tolerate that display of behavior in public. Then they tried using a sympathy card with they had a child with Down syndrome. Nice try, my daughter worked at a hospital that specifically cared for very young children with disabilities...bottom line you treat children all the same; love and discipline. It finally was quiet enough to enjoy our breakfast. I heartedly applaud the waitstaff and management for their persistence in this matter. Oh, if you havent tried those absolutely lighter than air Oregon Berry Pancakes, this is the place !

I hate this place I went here at 3am Nov 1st the service was horrible I was seated right away but I had to sit there 30 mins before I even met my waiter .I asked for water and that took 10 min I ordered a salad I got that 10 mins later with no dressing the wait asked what kind I would like and went to help another watier I didnt get that for 10 mins. So at last the food comes my steak tips are burned on the outside and still bleeding on the inside I dont eat raw meat .everyone in this place looks to be 16 to 20 years of age and they were playing laughing really loud and talking I will never return this place is so ghetto .there were even dirty napkins left from the last group that sat there.my watier asked me whats wrong I said my head hurt she asked was I high off weed . wowwwww really then I asked for a box the waiter went and sat with a group of young men at another table flirting while I sat there another 10 mins never again.

Everytime I go there I am in hopes that it has changed.I have had a waitress steal 20 bucks out of my purse.I have had a cashier try to not give me back my change.The food is bad looks microwaved when it FINALLY arrives. Servers are in back or on their phones not wsiting on pple.Takes forever just to get a server.Pple are getting sick of it and yelling about the wrong orders and bad food and bad service.my plate had water all over it from being microwaved the eggs were hard and rubbery, the sausage looked uncooked,I ate only the pancakes figuring they were safe.My turkey bacon was rotten and hard as a rock.Some couple asked me if I had the good stuff (figuring the meant drugs) I walked away appalled .This place is now boogie and ghetto with bad food and bad service. I AM REPORTING THEM TO THE BBB AND HEALTH DEAPRTMENT MONDAY.

Giving tickets to people who are parking in the IHOP parking lot and then going somewhere else? GOOD ONE. Oh, boohoo, sorry that everyone wants to eat at Mexican Fiesta next door and not IHOP. Dear manager, grow some balls and accept the fact that people want to eat at the better restaurant next door. Nobody was going to use all of those parking spaces in your lot anyways, PLUS they were Mexican Fiestas spaces to park in before you put this boring gray building up. Btw, the food was delicious until I literally puked it up because I got food poisoning the next day. The 2nd time I got food poisoning from this restaurant within a year! I can literally think of 100 other places to go to; my family and I would drive an hour away to not eat here.

One of the worst experience at ihop ever, I will not be returning that was the last straw. The service was so slow. It took 10 minutes for the waiter to come take our drink order, I placed my meal order at the time, my husband decided to wait because he wasnt ready, it took another 15 minutes to receive our drinks, my husband placed his order at that time. So it took another 30 minutes before I received my food. Then another hour went by and no sign of my husband food we never received it. Cuz I believed the waiter never placed it. The manager took his order off the meal but never acknowledged us or once apologized for my husband not receiving his food. The end of my rant. Good luck to anyone that goes to this ihop especially at night

I arrived there with my sister and no one gretted me. I had to come up to one of the waiters and asked them if they could get me and my sister a seat after 20 min. We got seated and on top of that our waiter didnt arrive until 15 minutes later. Once our food arrived the scrambled eggs looked awful they looked like they had mixed them with water. I ordered coffee and the coffee cup smelled nasty I didnt want to drink any coffee anymore I was highly disappointed I expected more for the price that I paid for my food. This experience truly made me not want to come back again.
