This was by far the worst Taco Bell Ive ever been to. As soon as we walked in, I noticed that there was trash littered on the floor and the tables were not clean, even in the sitting area outside (which was where my family sat because it was the "cleanest" place to sit). One "good" thing about the place was that our order came out pretty quick. But even that had problems because two of my family members had received incorrect food items. Other factors that caused more inconvenience were the lack of fire sauce and small and medium-sized lids. I dont understand why there was no one who could do all of these jobs when about 8 people were in the back making food and the place was not even busy. \_(-_-)_/

I have been profusely puking all morning since I ate at taco bell. I had the sausage egg and cheese burrito and it wasnt thoroughly cooked. There were raw pieces in the burrito, even though the meat come pre-packaged. I called to complain and the general manager picked up. He didnt even seem to care about my situation and didnt even ask if there was anything he could do. I work in the food industry and the first thing I would do is give a full refund. I will jot go back. Also, theit staff is slow and there is hardly anyone there. They dont care, point blank.

I ordered through the drive thru and they made me pull around front and park in the parking lot and wait 15 mins for my food!!!!!!! Absolutely terrible!!! & I wasnt the only person they made do this!!!!! The workers were having to make each individual persons food and walking out of the locked building to deliver one persons food and then walk back in!!!!! Like what kind of sense does that make??? Absolutely terrible!!!! Im a young person and I could run this store way better than the managers!!!

Not the best Taco Bell. The staff was friendly but it took forever to get my food and it was not very crowded. My hard taco was broken all along the bottom and one side in half. The burrito had burrito stuff all on the outside. There wasnt any sauce in the sauce bins. The dining room had a good number of dirty tables when I sat down. Although someone did come out and clean everything just before I finished eating. So it was clean when I left. Who knows, perhaps I came right after a big rush.

Staff wasnt friendly. I ordered my tacos with no lettuce and when I got them, I checked while still sitting at the window. Thankfully I did because they both had lettuce on them. I brought it to their attention and she tried telling me I didnt order them with no lettuce when Im sure I did. I order everything with no lettuce no matter where I go.

I enjoy Taco Bell but not this one. Today an employee named jasmine left out one of the two entrees on the receipt and then proceeded to barely give any nachos with the other part of the order. The employees consitently leave out items and dont ask if you need sauce or napkins. I will drive out of my way to go to another location.

CRAPPY SERVICE!! I went to the counter and all the cashier did was give me attitude and then it took about 30 minutes for the food to come out and 75% of it was wrong. And then we took it back to the counter and it took them another 10 minutes and then another 5 to get my brother in law his drink. Never will be back here again

two days in a row got our orders wrong. yesterday onions on all of our food.. my family doesnt eat onions. Today sour cream on all of my food... i dont eat sour cream. they really need a coaching on how to listen to a customer while taking an order. however today they replaced my entire order for the inconvenience

They built a new building, but kept the same sub-par service. I quit going to this location over a year ago because the service was horrible; I thought it would change when the new, really nice, building went up but I waited over 12 minutes for a Mexican Pizza combo. Will not be returning to this Taco Bell.

The service was amazing! Gabrielle was very sweet and she made us feel like family. Weve been to plenty of taco bells before, but this was by far the best weve seen. Definitely coming back next time were in Georgia.
