Disgusting, nasty, ignorant low lifes. I was in here today around 1:00p. Used the drive-thru ordered a #5 original two pieces of chicken, biscuit, mash potatoes, cookie & drink. First the chicken was soaked in grease, the mash potatoes looked like someone else was eating them, then decided they didnt want it. The biscuit, someone took a bite. The chocolate was coming from the cookie. The drink was the only item that was halfway decent. They always asking you to go online and take their survey. Heres an online survey... EVERYONE NEEDS TO BE FIRED!!!

I came here because it was the nearest KFC open late. If I want something late at night Ill drive somewhere else rather than coming to this KFC. After giving my order & paying, I was told to pull forward to wait 5 minutes. No problem. 10 - 15 minutes later, the person working drive-thru is yelling, "Yoo-hoo!!! Hello!!!" Waving for me to back up through the drive-thru. Should never have to back up in a drive thru. Then after this, I get home to 2 famous bowls, 1 fork, no straws for my drinks, and my cookies dumped in the bag. Terrible experience.

Always use the drive thru and never had a problem! The employees are very nice, always smiling and helpful too! Chicken was always hot as well as the sides. KFC is my other halfs favorite fast food! He loves the Original Recipe Boneless chicken and now whenever we drive by, we have to stop and get some! lol The other favorite is the Honey Barbecue chicken wings. Its been both of our favorite ever since they appeared on the menu. I never liked wings and still dont except for yours.

I was with my wife and kids and i placed an order for all of us when i got to the window the lady at the window told me my order will be up in 5 minutes pull up to the walk area she will bring the order out so i did as asked and i waited 25 minutes and when i decided to go in to find out if my order was ready the woman was just pulling our food out and she says i was gonna bring it to you it was a bad experience for me and my family i hope this doesnt happen to anyone else

The is horrible... came back the second time and the food is still bad ... chicken was burned. Mash potato is dry ... no Mac n cheese... chicken is greasy for being extra crispy..the interior needs to be updated nothing is being changed for 20 year Cuz I grew up in that area ..

Horrible customer service. Every lady working there is rude and ghetto. They constantly have an attitude, and that you are wasting their time. Went to the drive thru and we are always waiting about 10 mins for our order. They never have anything prepared.

I ordered a combination of food that wasnt in the format displayed on the menue. That took some extra conversation but they got me together and gave me an extra side order. They do take care of the customers at the drive thru first. Food was excellent.

Nashville chicken was really good. Smokey, spicy, with a lil sweet. Disappointed that at noon, they were already out of coleslaw which would have balanced the hot chicken perfectly. Staff seems nice but always slow with orders.
