This is your typical Panera Bread, with the cafe vibe with the Neo-soul/Capella melodies playing in the background. Service at this particular location is very good. The employers here are very attentive to the customers needs and also reads the screen when you check out to call you your personal name linked to you Panera card. Sometimes the seating can be weird since many teens and college students crowd the area conversing with their peers. A lot of time its hard to find a seat at this location. The food is decent. This is not my favorite cafe spot but on a chill day, its a great place to relax.

The worst Panera Bread location I have visited. How do you forget the bacon on a Turkey Bacon Bravo? How do you not include the pickles with a sandwich? This after watching her make the last sandwich thinking it was not mine since it contained cheese and tomato, which I asked to omit. Also, the enormous attitude from the sandwich counter lady with the extremely large and long fake eyelashes, ignoring me as I was asking for the chip that should have been provided with the sandwiches. There is a reason I stay away from this location. Lesson re-learned.

Great customer service !! I stopped by for coffee late yesterday afternoon but, they were all out of dark roast, my favorite. The very nice manager, AJ, I believe, brewed me a fresh pot of dark roast, even though this usually doesnt happen this time of day. I was so pleased by his kindness that while waiting, I decided to order a salad. The salad was delicious, and the coffee was excellent. It was great to be treated so nicely while dining here. It made me feel special. Thanks !!

Visited yesterday and wasnt impressed with the service. Visited again today to ensure wasnt being too harsh. Well, confirmed - I plan to make it my last visit for some time. The service at the Turner Hill location is atrocious with rude cashiers. I bought 5 cherry pastry to give away and had to throw them out. They were so eggy; yuck! The children wouldnt eat them. It was like they broke eggs on top of the pastry. Bad service; waste of my money.

I would definitely say Im a regular here and Im giving this particular Panera 5 stars because of the excellent service! Everyone that works here seems to be friendly no matter what time of day! The food is good, but honestly, I love the coffee the most, and the ability to get refills is definitely a nice treat. If youre looking for somewhere to eat in the Stonecrest area this is high on the list of recommendations for me!

The service was a bit slow this morning but the coffee was fresh and so were the danishes. The hot chai tea latte was spot on. They were out of spinach and artichoke quiches when I got there, but they were more than happy to make some fresh ones. This place has the best customer service and great food. Ive never had a bad experience here.

Ive visited this location several times to grab something quick and have never had a bad experience. Its always clean, staff is always present and does not take long to place an order. I stopped in last night and Jocelyn (apologize if I misspelled) was so considerate and provided exceptional service. She made my visit very memorable.

By far the worst attempt at service or food preparation Ive experienced. The soup we received was cold. The sandwich we got was soggy and cold. They didnt get the order right and then didnt offer to fix it even I told then it was incorrect. I paid thirty dollars for the worst meal of my life. Save yourself the money and the hassle.

Decent customer service, but nothing spectacular. I dont come here often, but thought that I would start. I was asked if I had a rewards card. When I answered "No," the cashier just continued on with my order...never offered me one. The food took quite a while, but it was hot and fresh. Overall, the experience was a positive one.

I have been to several other Panera Breads around the ATL metro area. This has been the worst one. The customer service sucks. I came for the broccoli cheese soup and they had ran out with an after 7 pm some soups can be out disclaimer. I have never seen that before. I will probably not come back to the location.

Used to eat here often and loved it. But it seems to have reached a new low. Greek salad no longer fresh tasting, and red onions not freshly chopped. Not good. French onion soup tastes canned with ONE crouton. Bathroom nasty. I will try another location before giving up on Panera

Ive visited this location several times because its the closet Panera to me, and it never fails that 2 out of 3 times my order is messed up. The management staff is happy to remake the sandwich (after being prompted) but the service could really use some work here.

I ordered the salad. This was my first time going to this establishment. Never knew Panera Bread serve fresh food like this I thought they were a small sandwich/coffee shop. The salad was delicious! The only thing I think they can improve on is speed.

I love this location, plenty of room and there are plenty of healthy fresh options. I can sit comfortably with my laptop and get out of the house and get some work done...and they have free Wifi--the time is restricted though during the lunch rush.

Everything is great about this place, except when you pick up your order, especially for carry-out orders. I would say 3 out of 5 times there was something always missing, not just an apple or bag of chips, I mean a whole entree.

Most professional laid back environment in the area to have a meeting, do homework, people watch or to grab a bite to eat with the family. Great customer service and the food is right in line with other Panera bread stores.

Typical Panera. Layout is slightly confusing and difficult to navigate. Plenty of parking. Slow Wifi even for text pages. Dont think about streaming video. I would not recommend the Wifi here. Came between 12-1PM.

Very poor !! A few mins after my wife ordered a BLT from the Pick Two Menu, we were told they didnt have any bacon. How do you have a BLT without bacon ? We were not offered turkey, pastrami, or bologna.

The lady that took my order lied about drinks and made it a hassle to give me a drink I already paid for. The cooks were loud and unprofessional. Food wasnt as great as from Druid hills area.

They gave me a buzzer that didnt go off so I stood there looking at what I didnt know was my food. Nobody called a name or anything. Cold soup is not good. Tables were dirty also.
