Just to start, I like checkers a lot. This location sucks. The staff is terrible. One drive thru employee (male with a slight lisp or something) is particularly a jerk to customers and on different occasions has said strange and unnecessary comments during service. Dont forget the fact that they mess up your order quite frequently. Just tonight (Friday, Hazel Park store on 9 mile) I wanted checkers bad and drove up at 2:15 am only to be ignored and never answered by the two employees clearly inside. The Same treatment was given to the customer before me who drove off angry. This location is supposed to close at three. If you want checkers and you dont mind driving elsewhere avoid this location unless they start taking care of their frustrated and quickly dwindling customer base.

This is really disappointing for a restaurant like this to fall as fast as they did they couldnt even get a simple order right I ordered three Rallys burgers and it supposed to come without cheese and one of them was only supposed to have ketchup and pickle only got all the way home they were all cheeseburgers ended up going back to the store and had to explain to them three times what I ordered and I even had the receipt and on top of all that they did not have any apple pies in the store everything about this place is going downhill even the store on the inside was falling apart the stucco coming off the walls as well the Saline clothes all dirty and the cameras had dust on top of them come on really I think Board of Health needs to pay them a visit

This is a good place to dine if youre looking for fast food and you want something of quality. I am very picky about the food that I eat and I find that McDonalds, Burger King Etc is a little bit under my standards. Checkers has really good food for the money and in my experience Im in and out quickly. Not a place you want to take the family for a sit-down dinner but if youre in a hurry or youre looking for something quick this is the place for you. Prices are on par with most fast food restaurants. I highly recommend their french fries they are delicious.

My boyfriend and I were craving Rallys/Checkers, as it is one of our favorite spots for grab and go. Googled this location on our way home passing through we stopped. Terrible idea! The fries were stale, asked for another order they were undercooked and disgusting! My boyfriends starburst slushie tasted like straight syrup. Not to mention his fish sandwich had bacon on it?! We were also overcharged on our order. Very disappointing! I tried calling the restaurant afterwards and no answer. If youre looking for a Rallys save your time and money on this one.

From the store to corporate is a total mess. Didnt get the big buford sandwich in bag called location no answer rang then went to fax sound. Called corporate to tell what happened so far have called them twice keep saying someone will get back to me and gave me a claim number. Of course no one has called or sent me a coupon for a free sandwich. What a messed up corporation will never give them my money again they dont deserve it.

Some good food. Only really a fan of their chicken bite box. Fries are amazing. However this area is slow and you are expecred to wait 40 minutes to Even talk to someone. Let alone order an ive water. Once a cashier argued with me about my order being wrong... She charged me for extra stuff I didnt have.

While I like the food a lot, I hate the service there, Ive seen a few employees that dont even smile, and several times when Ive bring my coupons some employees at the register try to weasel out of some of them, and to top it all off they take for ever on my food even when there not busy.

Absolutely terrible. Asked for a burger plain got everything extra!!! Dripping off the burger! Then half pound chicken combo my butt try a 1/8 th of a pound ( we weighed it cause it didnt look right). Waste of money and time they dont even answer the phone it goes to some weird signal!

Normally I LOVE Checkers, but I recently got an email from Checkers containing a coupon for a free milkshake, and when I brought it here the location told me that they wouldnt accept it... HUGE bummer. Ended up driving to Wendys for a frosty instead. Lame.

If it was possible to give this location 0 stars, I would. Employees and management are degenerate, rude, inconsiderate. Almost an hour of waiting, and 2 wrong orders. Then wanted to know why I wanted a refund.

The speakers were clear. The Manager/owner (?) was friendly and helpful. The food was prepared as ordered. First visit; one of the best Checkers that Ive visited. Btw, Strawberry is fabulous and almost too big.

At night you get refried/old food after waiting 20 minutes. The passenger side drive thru and walk up are the worst because they forget about you
