I ordered online. The drive thru line was incredibly slow. When I got my order, it was completely wrong. I was unaware hurry so I couldnt wait to correct it. Update: I came back in store and they were very apologetic. I understand the craziness of lunchtime rush and the complications that can come with online systems. They fixed it right away and it was delicious!

Awesome service! Came in late night, ordered quite a bit of food, drive thru wait wasnt bad at all, and server at the window, Glenn, was terrific! Will be back and I havent been to White Castle in years.

Excellent service! The fries were hot and crispy . Salted to perfection. Burgers were delicious as well . Friendly and courteous employees were a huge bonus .

Cant never go wrong with white castle, go here at least once a week, sometimes its busy and it takes longer than usual, but overall always pretty good.
