I was at the bar looking over the menu and noticed that Bells Seasonal, was $6. A fair price for Hopslam! I ordered one, and enjoyed it very much, apart from the sloppy pour from the bartender, but Ill admit, I am picky when it comes to this stuff. To be fair, this pour would not have bothered most people. After enjoying the beverage I was charged $9. I asked why, explaining that the menu showed that Bells Seasonal was $6. She said, no that was for Two Hearted. I then explained that Two Hearted was not seasonal, and it was a year-round beer. Since I was with friends and didnt want to make a scene, I just bit my lip and signed my life away on an outrageous $9 Hopslam. It is places like this that are ruining beer for all of us. I would give it 1 star, but I have heard nothing but good things about their food. I cannot speak on their food because I have not had it. So 2 stars it is.

My wife and I tried Black Finn for the first time Friday 11/25 around 2pm. It was not that busy but the food took almost 30 minutes to get to us. The food was actually pretty good and planned on coming back in the near future until the end of our meal. My wife noticed a hair in her last piece of flatbread so she stopped eating. When the waitress came by she asked how everything was and I said "it was good other than the hair in my wifes food". The waitress quickly responded "are you trying to get free food"? I laughed as I thought she was joking and pointed to the hair in her food. The waitress just walked away and brought our bill 10 minutes later. I was not looking for free food but at least an apology would have been nice!

Great atmosphere but my girlfriend and I sat at the bar was promptly noticed being that it wasnt that busy of a night. The bartenders they were wearing u of m and may jerseys the day after the upset, not a big deal but the teams are out. We were served our drinks and enjoyed them. All of it. To the last drop. But she was never back to check in on us. Seemed weird she spent the night at the other end of the bar. It was the second bartender who took our order after we were waiting for a few minutes. We drank we ate French fries which are good. I paid debit and if we got a little more attention, it would have been a positive experience for everyone.

What a wonderful place to come eat some really great food and hangout with a cool crowd! The food is always delicious and the servers know the menu inside and out which makes is so easy for them to always recommend new food :) The music is always great and the restaurant gives off a nice friendly vibe which is always nice! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful and its also at the outdoor mall which is great for hanging out and shopping with friends after! I would recommend this place to anyone..anytime!

We sat at the bar, and our bartender acted as if we didnt belong there. He totally ignored us. We were only able to order one drink and our meal. We had to ask for other things from a different bartender. Then, we asked him for our bill and he never came back. Finally we stood to leave after another 30 minutes and he still didnt bring the bill, they other bartender came over there and printed the bill. If he dont want to attend to BLACK PEOPLE maybe thats not the job for him.

Terrible.... The guy bartender spent the whole time talking to 3 girls at the bar or on his cell phone... Barely ever looked in my direction... Waited for my bill after my meal for 15 minutes.... I was only drinking water... Told me that nobody in the back knew how to make cocktail sauce for my fish and chips... Really?? Ketchup and horseradish mixed??? Never going back... Im sure this place will close on hall road like 90% of the other restaurants

Poor customer service..........waited for about 15 minutes for seating. We wanted the waitress stand and talk while we was just looking around. Never had the opportunity to taste the food. Time the waitress acknowledged us we told thanks but no thanks! Dont waste your time until they correct the service issue. This incident happened at the Partrige Creek location.........

Very patient waitress and staff. Food served promptly. Nice atmosphere. Yin yang shrimp is pretty good. I ordered tenders and fries and was super fresh and not mainly breading. And my fiancee ordered the jumbalaya. Prices are a little steep depending on the dish. But they have cheeper choices. Much better than applebees who I used to be a true fan of.

Bunch of friends went to enjoy a few drinks, asked the bar tender to put on Fox ass the UFC fight was on, free mind you. We were told they can not put any fights on. Seriously? Another PC company. Try not to offend anyone. They instead had Americas funniest videos on, how appropriate for a bar at 10:30pm. Never coming back

Lucky to give it one star. Took over an hour to receive simply chicken tenders. My waitress had a terrible attitude. When the food finally came out over an hour later it tasted like it was microwaved. At no point did the waitress apologize nor seem to care. I highly recommend staying away from this place.

Ok food and bar selection. But when asked to put ufc fight on (which was on regular broadcast tv), we were told that blackfinn does not allow any fights on, in a rather condescending manner. Wont go back. And will make sure to let everybody I know thay frequents know.

We waited 15 minutes to be serviced. The server never came to our table, so we decided to leave. I cannot rate the food because we were never served. However, the menus were filthy with moisture and old food. Will never visit this place again.

The food is average, service was OK. But $14 for a baileys and coffee ????? They have top shelf, fresh squeezed juice drinks for $9 but $14 for a small coffee drink. A fish taco, 3 bud lights and 3 baileys $100.

The food was pretty good although a bit pricey. It was right in the middle of one of those places that gives you a bunch of good food and a place that concentrates more on the presentation than quantity or quality.

First off i must say the food was tasty... But the portions I received were small (Cheese steak for $12 bucks), and the hosting staff was about as sharp as a sack of wet mice.

The food is really bad. The sweet potatoes look like baby poop, the brussel sprouts are rock hard...Dont waste your money here. It is way too overpriced for such garbage.

Great atmosphere, incredible drinks and delicious food. I actually had a "naked" turkey burger here and it was one of the best burgers Ive ever had.
