The good, the bad, the ugly: THE GOOD - Food is excellent. The chef really does a great job. The food is so good it has me thinking about it for weeks wanting more. THE BAD - The service. The waiter is agonizing slow. Ordered drinks and he disappeared. Took other tables orders, wandered around but never brought anything. The place wasnt that busy either. There were a couple waitress hustling and we watched them bring drinks and food to other tables. Eventually he came with our drinks. It never got better but the manager did get after him...but too late. Vast management should seriously consider letting him go. THE UGLY: This is the second time at Vast and same terrible service. Ironically it was the same waiter. Gave it another try because everyone has bad days but he obviously has bad days every day. Management should recognize this and fix quickly. Ive gone from recommending Vast to warning people to stay away. Parking is horrible also. BOTTOM LINE is if you want great food but service so slow it will piss you off for days then go there.

My wife and family have been here before and have liked it. Thus way we went back with my brother in-law. However this was not the kind of dinning experience we are used to. It started with a waitress that had a hard time talking our drink order. Did not comprehend what my brother in-law ordered and did not get it right. We got our food and it was good but again something was off. When asked if we would like desert we said ok. Ordered ice cream and a piece of pie. 30 minutes later we side never mind we were done. During this time I witnessed another table were the dad never did get his food while we were there. This was one of the worst dinning experience we have ever had. Not sure if we will be back there ever again.

Do not order mixed drinks at the Vast!! Ordered a Long Island Ice Tea and got a Ice Tea. Talked to a manager and told him the problem with the drink he than took it and came back 15 min later and the only difference was that they added whisky sour to it. Horrible!!! 8 people at our table tried it and come on a long Island Ice tea is not hard to make. Felt like the manager really didnt give a f***** about it. The Vast looks like a nice place but if they want to stay in business they really have to learn how to treat there costumers. Lets see how long this place stays open would be a shame to see it close for stupid things.

Really not very good. Poutine said it came with shredded pork, but came with chunk pork, really bad tasting. Just like leftover turkey. Pork gravy tastes like cornstarch and water, even chunky. Charcuterie meats were awful and cheeses were nothing special. Stick goat cheese, Mozzarella ovaline, cheddar. Quite bummed out. Glad I brought good friends. Beer was good, but someone else made it. Adequate service, which earned it the second star. Dont eat the pork. Also, the entertainment was smoking in the ladies bathroom. Gross.

This place isnt nearly as busy as it should be. Visited Vast on a Saturday evening with a large group for a birthday party. Everyones food was great and the service was awesome. The drinks on the other hand were 1oz to maybe 1.5oz pours. My Jameson on the rocks drinks were done with a few sips. The glasses are deceiving and full of ice so you dont get much liquor. I would definitely return here for the food but if I was just going out for drinks, I dont see myself coming to Vast unless I was drinking beers.

My favorite local bar/restaurant. Excellent fresh food and creative menu items from an outstanding chef! Fantastic drinks and love Martini Monday and the Lemoncello. Happy hour food specials are inexpensive for spectacular dishes. All wait staff are outstanding and go above and beyond to serve their customers. Upscale atmosphere. Great for dates or girls night out. A must try for anyone in the area.

Love this place place, never disappointed by the food. Im very happy to see that this restaurant put that much thought into the chef and his/her dishes.. Finally found an awesome salad at a restaurant. The Southwest blackened chicken salad was perfection.. from fresh greens to perfectly paired ingredients and flawless grilled chicken.. Im in love.. love the roasted brussel sprouts too

Service was amazing, Thank You Larry. Very disappointed in the manager and how he handled my husbands filet being cooked wrong 3 times. I think $4 off the bill is a slap in the face. The manager even asked my husband how he wanted his filet cooked to make sure the server ordered it right my guess is to place blame on the server VERY tacky if you ask me!!! Wont be going back!!

I was looking for a place with a nice wine list and good food and atmosphere and we found it. Our server Rosie was great! Her helper Roland never let our water glasses become empty. The food was amazing.We all had something different Salmon ,crab cakes, lamb chops, veggie burger and ceasar salad all tasted good.Will definitely be back.

I have been here several times and each experience was positive. From date night to a large group they have done a great job. It should be much busier than it is (Ive never had to wait for a table, even on Saturday night!). Beer selection is good and Happy Hour apps are great. Try the crispy brussel sprouts!

Newer restuarant in town with a nice ambiance. Has a confident list of menu items. Very pleased with the pountine dish, the fried egg and shredded pork in the dish added a vast amount of flavor. Homemade Alfredo entree was well crafted, along with the pumpkin tart dessert. Pleased with the experience.

Im a big critic when it comes to new restaurants however, Vast exceeded my expectations from start to finish. The Cowboy Ribeye was delicious and full of flavor. The service with regards to "attention to detail" made my experience at Vast even better. You have my Vote!

Parking can be hard to find depending on how many people are there. The food was good but by what you pick. My wife had the chicken and waffle, the chicken was dry. I had the meatloaf and it was good. All in all a little bit price to high for what you get.

Great food, drinks and atmosphere. Casual yet classy joint with a good happy hour. My favorite appetizer is the Ahi Tuna. It is amazing. Owners are nice and are always there.
