Private, plain atmosphere with not slot of room. Intimate lighting. Ordered Wednesday deal, steak and kept the fries. Steak looked fried and was spicy, fries come with a very light seasoning. Today I needed to watch my spices more than usual. It was all to spicy for me to eat. We ordered Thunder brownie (pecans are in them- yum) so I can have something to eat. Brownie with vanilla ice cream and whipped cream. When it came, looked like a coating was on ice cream. Didnt even taste like vanilla. Everything took long, waitress to come get drink order was 15 minutes before we saw anyone. We got pumpernickel bread and butter 10 minutes after your drinks, had a water and house beer which came with meal- Bud light. Three minutes later we received our blooming onion. Five minutes after we got meal, they over compensated the fries to cover the plate because steak was so small. She was giving a box to put blooming onion away before we could tell her we wanted the brownie dessert. This was the first time there, needless to say, I wont be coming back. It also feels crammed in there.

server was very slow. The table next to me, which came in after me, was served promptly by her, maybe because he was a cute guy? I ordered my burger with pink in the middle and it arrived very well done. I didnt say anything about that. I asked for mustard and sat there while my co diner ate half her food. Flagged down a hostess to ask for mustard again. Finally, it came, but my server argued that there was mustard on the burger. Ummm, can I have more than that? First bite, I pulled a plastic string out of my mouth. Asked for it to be sent back and taken off my bill. No way I could stomach anything after that! she argued that it was The skin of The tomato. I never knew skin of tomato to be stiff and hard. I asked for another napkin, because I spit the food in mine. 2x I asked, never got it. Alexis was my sub par server. Never coming to this location again! and going to never recommend this place. Very disappointed.

Worst service ever. 30 minute wait. 15 minutes to order drinks. Had to stop waiter to ask if we could at least put in appetizer. Another 20 minutes untill we go something appetizer arrived before any beverages. Another 15 20 minutes go by appetizer is gone drinks need refill. Waiter is taking order for table just sat. Happens to stop by ask if we need anything and then says do you guys need a few more minutes to decide. Seriously we have been here for almost an hour just waiting to order all menus are down and under appetizer plates of course we are ready to order. I can accept bad service if the food makes up, but this instance was poor service with mediocre food that seemed a bit pricey considering the quality of service.

Beer cheese fondue pretzel sticks hard as rocks! Hurt my three year olds teeth! Ordered an 8 oz steak and got a thin sliced pork chop that you get from the grocery store! Tough as hell! Then my lobster wasnt even the same or near the exact size as its shell! Cold and hard, chewed it and it felt like dry rubber! Our waiter seemed to be checking up on the other two tables that got there after us! Asked for a water for my son and that took an hour! The prices for the size of food that they serve is way over priced! Everything should be doubled up on or prices need to be cut in half or maybe they need a chef that actually cares about how the food looks and the time they keep bread in a microwave... Oops... Terrible

The worst waiter in my life, his name is Alexander. Ice tea with lemon came, he didnt bring a straw or sugar. Never asked if I needed a refill until after my meal was done. He came by numerous times but never stopped to ask if we were ok. Got the bill, gave him the card and a coupon for 15% off and he never took it off. At that point, I took it all and went to the counter. I was done with the waiter. The manager came and apologized for the error with the bill, and after I told him what else happened, he just said Im sorry. Well, I told the manager, his tip just went to 0, I am not tipping anyone that did that bad of service. I wont go back, totally unacceptable.

My wife chomped down on a screw in her salad. We have kids. Food should be brought out first for them. They were served last. When my wife says well done, thats what she wants. Her steak was more rare than mine. Service has always sucked at this outhouse steak restaurant and we have given them lots of chances. Even going so far as to tell them about our past problems. Finally telling mgr we wont be in ever again. All these things have happened more than one time. They are persistently sub par. I dont recommend this Outhouse Steak restaurant to anyone. Also noticed heavy smell of mildewed table rags. Two thumbs down.

Potato soup bit too salty Steak tough as was the steak at the outback on Greenfield. No crackers for soup. Please dont bring me my salad then 3mins later serve the entree. Waiter Steve was a 5 out of a scale of 10 with 10 being the best. The salad was great just didnt give me time to eat digest. I only went because I had a gift card with steak being tough I will not take a chance spending my money. Had sirloin at Greenfield location rib eye at 14mile location. So its not the individual locations its corporate send low grade meat or cutting cost on marinating/ prep. It was cooked perfect med rare just tough

This place... The booth divider wall looks like it has never been cleaned, it was really disgusting and all the booths looked this way. Dried grease and soda pop all over the divider. My 16 oz prime rib looked like it had been torn off instead of cut off. It was flattened on one end. I wasnt expecting Mortons level of food quality, but I wonder if they used a butter knife to cut my prime rib off the slab. My wifes salad was nothing but iceberg lettuce hearts and butts. We had a gift card to use there, but if I get one again, Ill take the hit of $5 and sell it on a gift card exchange site.

AVOID THIS LOCATION. Service has been good for me, but food is unacceptable. Ive given this location two chances, both were beyond disappointing. My medium-rare prime rib was at least well done and completely covered in pepper. My fiances sirloin, ordered medium, was shoe leather. It was also supposed to be an 8oz, but measured 3.5oz at home. I realize that it loses some weight in cooking, but usually 20%-30%, not more than 50%. We the out a $50 meal and ended up going to McDonalds. I highly recommend Outback, but NOT this one. Drive the extra distance to go to a different location.

Absolutely love this place! Food is incredible and the service is even better. The Bartenders Jen and Dean are a duo that cant be beat. My husband and I always sit with them at the bar because it feels like we are part of their family. Never had to wait on a drink to be refreshed and they seem to know more about our lives then some of our own families care to. And they have so many regular customers that they know by name that you can tell that they actually care. If you go, sit at the bar and see if they are there. It will be the best chain restaurant experience you will ever have!
