I was so excited to take my mom here. I wanted to try the berry tart. The location in westland closed so I brought her here. The manger brought us drinks and said our server alica would be over soon. After 5-7 minutes alica showed we ordered. Another table behind us showed. The food came out about 10-15 minutes later. The waitress brought my mothers plate and it was not the right thing. They picked up the plate and took it back to the kitchen. Im almost positive it was the same plate served to the table behind us. I asked for a rare-med steak it was completely cooked through. I told the waitress my steak was over done her response thats been happening all night. I was supposed to have 2sides of mashed potatoes when I questioned my waitress about the potatoes she stated the plate looked dirty so she put it on another plate. I politley asked her to have the manager come over. When the lady arrived I told her I wanted to pay for the tea and leave due to the awful service and food being wrong. She quickly took care of the issue and we left and went to texas roadhouse in westland were i know ill get what I want and service.

i just wrote a review but lost it. we were in canton to go for a districk tournament for bowling long story short we came in second and now on to State competition for Mentor High . so after the match we were looking for a place to eat with a bus load of boys and girls. we stopoped at a burger place but the wait would be 2 hours so we got back in our cars and bus and went seaching for a place to eat on a Sunday night between 5 and 6 which i know is a very busy time for restaurants but Ruby Tuesday took really good care of 9 boys and girls and 9 adults without any fuss the waitress and chef who cooked our meals to perfection and the waitress even sang happy birthday to one of the kids really a great place the manager even came over to talk to us so as far as i am concerned i have always like rubyTuesday but last night just proved to me if you have the right amount of people working for you everything goes a lot smoother. I frequent Rubys quite often for my Business lunches, and I am always satisfied with what Rubys brings to the table(Literally). The Canton location is one of the best in South-east Michigan. Food is always great. I can actually get a REAL burger, and not just a pre-frozen quarter Pattie. Service is quite respectively, Held to a higher standard. They genuinely care about your visit, and are always making sure you are happy. Yes, the food is a little more expensive than some other places, But you do get what you pay for. This isnt a Dennys, this is a Fine Dining location. Shirt and Tie are normal Attire for Rubys guests as are for my Business team. I would recommend Rubys to anyone who wants to impress possible clients, Business associates, Or even a nice date. I was particularly impressed with the Wine list as it is extensive and quite nice. Overall, I give Rubys my highest marks for Service, food, and atmosphere.

Went in for a late dinner. Place was mostly empty. Ordered 3 waters & a lemonade, took a solid 15 minutes to recieve just the waters and be told the bar was backed up and get the lemonade 5 min later. Placed our order. 20 minutes later she came to ask if we wanted dessert. I said it would be nice if we could get our dinner first, and asked for refills. Then watched her go punch in our order at the server station next to the table because apparently she had forgotten to. 15 min later 2 other servers bring our meal, we request refills again from then, and they pass the message on to our server and loudly let our server know our meal had been sitting in the window for "at least five minutes" The icing on the cake was the server pacing back and forth by our table waiting for us to sign our credit card slip...not bothering to collect the many dirty dishes on the table. So not classy.

What can I say...just one word. Terrible. My husband and I, we were really excited to go out to eat. We wanted to try something new so we went to ruby tuesday. Our server name was Alisha and she was terrible. We didnt know what to order so ask her to give us a moment and she came back maybe 10minutes later and it took 15minutes to get a water refill. Oh and wait it wasnt from our waitress. Their salad bar was really bad. It wasnt fresh at all. Lettuce was changing color it was turning to brown and dressing was bad. We ordered california primavera pasta and it was horrible all we taste was cream sauce. It wasnt worth of the money and my husband found hair in it. We regret going there. We will never go there again. And there were lot of kids and parents were didnt even bother to control their kids. They were screaming and kicking chairs. One more reason to not to go there.

Terrible.went to this location after discovering the westland location was closed...salad bar was good but not clean dressing had food floating in it.. My girl order chicken and crabcake and im questioning rather that was real crab first it was burnt and small looked gray and taste like dirty socks and soap.. I order chicken sosorsa..chicken was dry..took forever for our food to come.. The hostess when we walked in acted like she didnt know what to do but took care of two parties before us..our menu got passed around first to a guy who looked like he was a busboy he barely sad hi still standing in the front waiting to seated while they trying to figure out where sit us ..finally our menus are handed of to another woman who made us walk basically around the whole restaurant passing numermous booths...very unpleasant visit for 45$ we shouldve just stayed at home

Deplorable. If this would let me give zero stars, it would get it. New menu loses so many of the standbys and has skyrocketed in price. Ordered drinks, then got a look at the menu. Had an iced tea and a coke. Decided we wouldnt eat there, offered to pay for drinks. Waitress got lost in the back. I went to the front to find someone to pay, and that person had to go to the back and got lost. Meanwhile, the manager came to the table and was less than helpful but offered to not charge us for the drinks. Gave up and left because the young woman who took my money couldnt be found. No wonder two other Ruby Tuesdays are closed nearby. So sad. Used to LOVE this restaurant chain.
