03-19-14 12:10 to 12:25pm. Located in a maze behind a mcdonalds with no signs. Thought it was closed down. Once inside zero greeting by 2 hostesses that would rather chat with each other than ask where I wanted to be seated. Gave up on that decided to go to bar since had good luck with faster service. Say down to an empty bar with no one behind it. After 15 minutes of staring at employees walking around talking to each other I found the bartender working the tables in the bar before taking me when I was there first. I decided there was no use and said I was leaving because I was not going to be served hours from now. Pros: if you work around there you can find a hiding spot. Cons: lousy service and not enough workers in the right spots. Mismanaged to the highest, dirty tables from the night before and it was during 12:10 the next day. I would avoid unless you would rather watch the mold grow on the beer taps.

Watch out !!!! I ordered two of 24 pcs Asian Zing and one of 12 pcs Mango Habanero for pick up. I usually order them when i go to my brothers house, he lives in Ypsi and he a big chicken eater. I counted the chickens because we were short of a couple of pieces last time we ordered. This time, We were missing 8 pcs of Asian zing. Each bucket had exactly 20 pcs each instead of 24 pcs. I called the store and spoke with a manager, she immediately offered store credit for 10 pcs, which was nice but i felt that it happened to other people, too. I nicely turned down store credit because i dont want to try there any more.

I love Buffalo Wild Wings, however, my first time coming to this location was awful. I ordered online and when I got there, it didnt go through. The guy at the counter said i must have went to the wrong location (used the address on the conformation page to type in the gps). Fine, so I reordered. "Do you want blue cheese?" "Yes" (didnt get it) "barbeque sauce for the tenders?" "Yes please" (didnt get this either). "Drink for the kids meal?" "Lemonade" (nope). "It will be ready in 15 minutes." (45 minutes). Ill probably go back because the food but this was definitely a bad experience.

I ordered a party carry out today to watch Rio Olympics opening ceremony with friends, and they forgot to include our 5 kids meals drinks. The store manager refused to credit back $5 on my credit card, and she is only willing to give me store credit, which means I have to go there and spend more money so I can get my milk money back. She thinks she is smart. But in the end, I already told my friends dont ever spend any money on that store. So she will lose more than those $5 dollars she thinks she earned from me. The wraps and burgers tasted really bad. Wings are good though.

Service is okay here. The restaurant is always super busy and the kitchen is usually unable to keep up. Even with slow food service, this is still the best place within a 5 mile radius to watch sports. The TVs are HUGE and you cant look at a wall without seeing some form of physical contest. Thursday (currently) is kids night and Buffalo Wild Wings runs specials and provides entertainment. This location in particular seems to attract a lot of families so "crazy sports guy" doesnt come out until late evening.

I brought my sister here for lunch before I took her to her doctors appointment. Our fried pickles came out fast and were delicious! We waited a while for our wings, when our server came to us and admitted fault in not entering the order. The manager took care of our bill and was very pleasant! Besides the order issue our server was extremely nice and even had us sign up for a rewards program! As a server I always have to appreciate good customer service! Thank you BW3s! We will be back!

I moved down to Ypsi back in February. Since then Ive being coming here periodically. Today I decided I wanted wings for dinner and was going to get food to go but something told me to stay in and eat. Ive had some bad service here before but decided to give it a shot. My waiter James came over and was a delight right from the start. I was having a horrible day and wanted to cry he took absolute care of me and is such a wonderful server. You did good with this one.

I purchased 12 wings with bone,they were absolutely the worst I ever had, old, dried out, cold inside as if they were cooked for Easter, l have eaten at lots of their business this was the worst, manager should check their food especially on take out, my friends say they have problems with take outs, either old or missing the amount they suppose to have I wish I could give a 0 rating. Terrible service. Almost completely ignored us when walking in. Waited forever for our food only for it to be cold. So cold that the fries were inedible. The wrap I had had no sauce on the chicken. It normally comes with a ton of sauce, but it was completely dry so I had to order some sauce in the side to add to the now colder chicken. 1/10. Would not recommend.

Came to this location and received bad service a few months ago. They actually managed to give me food poisoning this time around with their nachos! Ive never had it, and now I can thank Buffalo Wild Wings for it!! Thank you so much for making me incredibly ill for two days, allowing me to get behind at work, and not be able to do anything at home.

Server seemed preoccupied, my order came out wrong. Plus we had a birthday guest in our party (his choice for B-day dinner), and she clearly forgot by the time we got to dessert. I didnt reminder server, since it took forever to get our bill. Fyi- it was around 4:15pm, they we not busy at all...

This is a chain and it is good food and good atmosphere. The service and timing is always hit or miss though. Some days everything comes out on time and some days we wonder what happened to the order. We miss this location using Coke, but most of the time my husband enjoys a beer.

50 minute wait for under-cooked food and bad uncaring service. No drinks brought to the table; even when asked multiple times. This is the worst BWW experience that Ive ever had. I will still go to others BWWs, but I will not return to this one. Not crowded when we went, either.

I like the sports on TV and the menu. IMHO the wings are not that good. I have been to several locations around the US and service is exceptionally slow. If you have time and want to talk or watch a game this may be the place.

They wouldnt let me in because I didnt have my id however I had my Eastern Michigan University school id and they still didnt let me in. Im a grad student! Im def older, more than legal. All I wanted was wings.

Serve gave someone else my change, manajor refused to reimburse me told me word for word "get it from him its not my proublem".!!! Trent was the managers name by the way, just honestly a disgusting human being.
