Ive never written a review online before, but this was the worst service Ive ever received. It took 45 minutes to get a cup of milk for my daughter. The waitress kept saying "oh yeah" when she saw her without drink. After an hour and a half we still had no food. The waitress said something about our orders going in wrong and offered to bring out something to hold us over. We said some tater tots for the kid would be great. Those came out but then another 20 minutes past and still no food (coming up on two hours). We decided to leave, which is something weve never done at a restaurant. Our waitress was very rude and was like "ugh, well its ready now, should I box it up?" We declined. Then she brought us a bill for the tator tots she had offered complimentary. We were annoyed and not in the mood to argue so we just paid and left. Two other families over the last week have told me the service was terrible and one had the same waitress as us it sounded like. On the way out the manager did give us coupons for two free apitizers but we will not be going back.

I participated in a Christmas 5K race in Levis commons where this bar was a primary sponsor. Part of the race package was we were to receive a free beer after the race. So my girlfriend and I made plans to head over after; grab the beer and continue to get breakfast and some more drinks. However, the manager in charge (December 18 , morning shift at 11:00AM) decided he wasnt going to honor any of the free beers. There was probably 100 people in the bar at 11:00 AM on a Sunday ordering drinks and food. Bar Louie 100% benefited from this influx of people despite having to give out a few free beers to get people there. Bar Louie probably doesnt get more than a handful of people in the bar at this time on a normal Sunday. It is absolutely scam worthy that they made the decision to stop honoring the commitment they made so they could purely benefit from the mass of people already present in the bar. This bar and the management in charge at the time are an absolute disgrace and I will not be giving them, or any bar Louie, my business in the future.

This was the worst sit down restaurant I have ever been to. We have been to other Bar Louie locations and they were great, but this was horrendous. Our server was kind, but was hardly around. Our food was terrible! It was like they kept the lunch items and served them at dinner time. My pulled pork was cold and crusty, they also forgot to put on half the toppings. My tater tots were so overcooked and brittle that they shattered into pieces, but somehow they were also cold. My boyfriend had chicken street tacos and they were old, it seemed as if they didnt have much chicken left so they just threw what was left over onto his skillet. He barely had enough chicken for one tiny burrito. Needless to say, it was terrible. We will never go back to this location. Rather take the extra time to drive up to Toledo and eat there.

Food is OK at best and both food and drinks are overpriced. The service is terrible. I sat at the bar for lunch on a Saturday afternoon with a couple of friends while the restaurant was slow. The bar tender and staff seemed like they didnt want to be there and the overall service was unprofessional. They seemed annoyed that we were there (They probably were but at least act like you care). One of the employees brought out my fish and chips and dumped half of my plate on my lap. He didnt say sorry or do anything to compensate. He just looked at me in shock and walked away. Talk about an awkward experience. Ive been here a few times with friends and have never had a decent experience. Im not one to write a review and bash an establishment but I will definitely not return.

This was easily the slowest dining experience of my life. We came with a group of 10 people. It was on a graduation Saturday but the restaurant certainly was not full, maybe a 50% seating capacity. It was roughly an hour and 30 minutes from the time we were seated until the time we finally received our food. When the food did come, it was good, but we were also one entree short. We had to wait another 15 minutes or so to receive the forgotten entree. There appeared to be plenty of servers around. We could only assume that they may have been very short staffed in the kitchen.

It wasnt incredibly busy and still the wait staff is walking around apologizing for the wait and handing out gift cards or something so service is slow. What really gets me is there is a staff member in clear sight handling the food with no hair net, or gloves and the shirt he is wearing has at least one large hole exposing his entire armpit. Hes clearly very sweaty because he is working very hard and moving fast which is good on him but it really grossed me out. That being said the food is really good.

Finally got to try Bar Louies and the sangrias I had heard so much about. Ordered a pitcher of the Pineapple Express to share. We were barely able to get two glasses from it as it was completely full of ice. At $18.00 I was extremely disappointed. Much to our waitress credit she brought us another glassful after someone in our party complained. (Although that glass was full of ice as well so it didnt help much.) If you go to Bar Louies skip the drinks. They are way overpriced and nothing but ice!

My Husband Loved what was called the Voodoo Pasta Recommend by our Server.Lindsey and a Great Seaver at that,I Order the Boneless wings and So Good. My Husband was So Impressed with his Pasta Dish and said we will Be Back.The Place was Packed and our Server did tell us They were backed up in the Kitchen But it will take only a few minutes Longer. Came out only a few minutes later.Cant wait to try Another Dish, This Place is Fantastic.And The Service was Spot On.

Just had to walk out after sitting for a half hour without a drink in hand. Waitress didnt sound very sympathetic and just said it was busy. However, almost everyone around us came after us and were already drinking or eating. Several tables were empty as well. So I suspect it was our waitress. Unfortunately, We had to leave hungry and thirsty.

The food is "ok," nothing special. The service is TERRIBLE, I have been going there to meet friends for years and it will easily take you 10 minutes to get a beer (heaven forbid you want a mixed drink add 10 minutes). Also watch your cash, the bartenders tend not to give correct change, especially when a drink is on special and you pay cash.

Horrible experience we came in with seven people sat upstairs on the patio. Were here for two hours and saw our waitress three times had to go down stairs twice to get drinks last round had to call on my phone to get them to come up for more drinks!! Will never come back! Horrible service

A chain restaurant, more of a local pick up joint. Food is good , menu keeps evolving. Dropped some good items on my last visit, which didnt make my day. Staff friendly for the most part . Lots of HDTVs and willing to change the channel to accomodate you.
