I have purchased about 20 smoothies and about 10 menu items from this location and only two smoothies were a disappointment. One because I wasnt a fan of the flavor (totally personal preference) and the other because the smoothie was light on ice and not really frozen. The Sunrise Sunset is by far my favorite. I always get the splenda substitute and cannot notice a difference. I did try no sweetener once and will never do that again as it lacked a lot of flavor and tasted like lightly seasoned ice. I miss the cha cha siracha flatbread as it was outstanding but the Hawaiian bbq is pretty good too. I wish they offered a 1/2 wrap option as the wraps are HUGE. Even a 1/2 wrap with smoothie would be awesome! Staff is always friendly too and gives good food suggestions.

Food quality has always been exceptional here. However, it bums me out to see the quality of service plummeting. Between hanging out with friends that arent employees behind the counter and trash talking the owners, they seem to be distracting themselves from their job. This was the third time in a row that theyve given me the wrong order. The price was worth it before, but I dont think Im willing to pay for the experience Im getting now.

Such a big fan of tropical smoothie. Im always happy when I make the choice to go there. I wish it was a little less expensive, so if you choose this place be prepared to pay a little bit more than a Subway visit - if you get more than a smoothie, that is. This location is very clean and has a lot of area to sit so you dont feel crowded. Plus the lighting is really nice so it feels inviting.

The best deal in town is to get a half sandwich/salad and a smoothie. It will fill you up but its healthy so you dont get bogged down. I have never had a problem with customer service here. I hate to see food get wasted... they tend to waste smoothie if there is some left over after filling up the already tall smoothie cup.

Terrible! Simply terrible! When we finally asked for a refund, we were told no one knew how to do a refund with a credit/debit card. And the last straw was when the smoothies finally were made, they were absolutely terrible! We threw them away before we even left the shop! We will NEVER go back!

Ran exclusively by teenage girls so expect mediocre service, theyve gotten our order wrong on multiple occasions and are often the talking with friends instead of doing their job. Food is good and so are the smoothies. They apparently charge for a cup of water. Wonderful.

Big fan of Tropical Smoothie Cafe and i am very happy to have one here in Brighton. I love the Buffalo Chicken Wrap and Paradise Point Smoothie. My Son Digs the Kids Menu. Have you child try the Chocolate Chimp.

Yuck, I had hair like fibers in my smoothie and called to let them know to check the ingredients so someone else didnt get the same thing. I had to ask the manager for an apology...awful customer service

I usually go around lunchtime. they arent the fastest store ive been to, but they are not slow by far. turning left out of the parking lot isnt easy, but overall a great store and easy to see.
