We were referred by some people from our home state which is NC who was like us, searching for real good food for a good price so it was our first time trying it. They forgot the shrimp on one of our plates. You know you want what you paid for. We had already start to eat our food. Man oh man was it delicious and plentiful. I called back and the guy was so nice about it. That made me wanna go back even the more. My son was crazy about it especially the corn. Our goal is to try every thing on the menu that we eat, so with that being said, looks like were a regular...lol!

Im pretty sure this spot has awesome food, I found it based on the great reviews. I showed up at 12:36 for lunch. There were two others waiting for their orders and I was the only one on line waiting to place an order. At 12:55 after no acknowledgement from the cook/cashier I decided to leave. When I left there was 3 other people in line behind me. Ill probably give this spot another try solely bases on the reviews and menu selection but definitely not for lunch unless I have a hour or so to burn.

I arrived by 6:30pm as well as another couple. There were people inside along with the people cooking, but the door was locked. Once we got one of the cooks attention, he came to the door and did a gesture to indicate they are finished for the evening when they close at 7. What food place does that. I wanted to support a black business, but part of owning a business is honoring your hours of operation. We must do better in the marketplace!

I ordered fried shrimp & whiting fish with Yellow rice & veggies. I ordered the chicken alfredo for my boyfriend. As an appetizer we had lemon pepper & sweet chili wings combo with fries. The cooks didnt use any salt on any of the food. Everything was bland & tasteless. I asked for my wings to be fried hard. Wings were not crispy at all & my fries were raw & limp.

With food like this cant NOBODY tell me a good God doesnt exist... I am so picky pregnant and this place filled all my cravings... The sweet potato fries is definitely a sin... it was sooooo good... the rolls were so perfect I bought 3 to go... So glad I didnt find this place till late in my pregnancy because I would have been EXTRA obese

I stumbled upon this place a few months ago, and I have made a separate budget to visit weekly (thats how good the food is here) Great enviornment Complimentary wine while you wait I love this place I would definitely recommend trying ut at least once I havent oredered anything off the menue i didnt like yet *EXCELLENT GREEN BEANS

The food is good. Its definitely a place to just get your order to go. No restroom, no cups & no ice. Its definitely all about the food. Its well seasoned and cooked the order. The wait for your order is appropriate for the quality. Its not fast food. Expect to wait 15-20 minutes for one order, but expect a delicious meal.

Skinny Chef Cafe is my new Go To!!!! I was pleasantly surprised with the with the quality and presentation, 5 star dining with cafe rates. The grilled salmon and shrimp alfredo is simply scrumptious. I definitely recommend to make it your business to dine there. Skinny Chef Cafe u Rock!!!

Man this place has some of the best food I have ever had in my life Ive had just about every dish they have to offer. The grilled fish and shrimp OMG my favorite dish of all a must have! Best Alfredo in the world for real for real no joke, and the wings and cheese burger..No mo talk

The food and service at Skinny Chef is always on point. I highly recommend that you make it a must and go visit. Trust you will not be disappointed no matter what it may be that you order on that menu. Ask to see the Chef Mr. Eric, and tell him Kennie sent you.GOOD EATS

Was just there tonight and the food was amazing. Big portions!! Got the catfish and shrimp w/rice and green beans everything was fresh and seasoned great. Great service too with several friendly employees. Thanks guys will be back.

Everything Ive had so far has been EXCELLENT and I am a foodie. Hr has the seasoning right! That salmon/shrimp alfredo was ridiculous and not the typical sauce it was better almost like a butter sauce. Just go!

Our food was superb, and the customer service was top notch! If you ever think of going to Red Lobster, go to the Skinny Chef Café instead! You will get better food and you wont feel like you wasted your money.
