Visited a few days ago. Waited at least 5 minutes to be waited on, even though there was no one in line and 2 workers at counter looked at me and just kept stocking the shelves, etc., ignoring me. One even looked at me, said "hello", then turned her back on me and continued to put bread on a shelf. When I was finally waited on by a young man, who had also ignored me, I ordered a bagel with butter on it. He asked me if I wanted it toasted, and I said "yes". After getting in my car with the bagel in a sack, I pulled the bagel out to eat it, but it had no butter on it. This guy gave me butter packets, but he toasted the bagel. I have never been to a bagel shop where I ordered butter on a bagel and was given butter packets instead of the butter actually being spread no the bagel. Most Paneras are a class act, with very good service, this one is the exception to the rule!

I came by to get a late lunch and do some work on my laptop. The location is not good. The whole place seems to smell bad for some reason, which is strange since baked goods usually fill up the air with a great aroma. The place was not busy when i ordered. They gave me the little buzzer thing that had a big number 40 on it and said "place on your table" which i assumed meant they would bring my food to me, especially since it was slow. Instead, when the food was ready they called my name on the intercom to come get it. Just small things like this reflect on a place and I wasnt very impressed. Otherwise, the place was clean and seemed to be relatively well maintained. I wont be coming back to this location.

Very clean restaurant. The young lady who waited on me was so sweet and friendly. I appreciated her very much. I ordered half Nappa Almond Chicken sandwich and Bistro French Onion soup. All very, very good but 4 stars because the soup was lukewarm and only a sprinkle of cheese on top. However, when I asked for more cheese, the counter staff graciously gave me a heaping scoop of cheese. The cheese is shredded which was odd to me. When I think of French Onion soup, I picture a bowl, with top covered completely with hot gooey Swiss. It was disappointing

Worst Panera I have ever been to. After they made our sandwiches wrong the first time, they waited until they served everyone else in the store before remaking it, then they were wrong again. Overheard person behind counter say they were not ordered correctly. When I showed them the receipt that was correct they said they were remade as soon as they were brought back. Hint...in customer service apologize for being wrong and check your facts, which in this case were completely wrong!

I love Panera, but.... I looked for a place to send a letter of concern online, but the corporate website allowed no way of contacting them that I could easily find. I was delighted when this location opened and frequented it often. Over the last few months, Ive repeatedly experienced this location being out of ingredients for various dishes. Today, my salad did not have kale in it and the bagette was doughy and not cooked all the way. Im done.

I gave it 1 star for the quality of food. This Location tho the drive thru service is horrible. Had to go thru 3 times then finally I asked for my money back just to have the young man snatch the bag and receipt out of my hand. Finally after a hour total in this drive thru the manager came to the window And was friendly. I blame Conyers employees not Panera bread!

The "new" menu is not better. Sometimes you just need to leave things the way they are. If it aint broke dont fix it. They always seem to mess something up with online orders. No dressing, no meat, wrong salad. Good at replacing but I dont have the time thats why its called rapid pick up.

Drive thru service today. Menu changes leave very limited choices. I miss the Mediterranean Flat bread. I keep going back hoping for an improved menu. Panera is becoming the basic sandwich shop with high prices. Not good. Please get back to offering delicious menu items.

Expensive for the portion size. Only pastries are good, the cooked to order food is bland. They almost always get something wrong with my order. I visit once or twice a year to see if any improvements and am always disappointed.

Panera Bread serves sandwiches, soups, and salads. The food is good but somewhat pricey. They also have an assortment of pastries and muffins. The dining area and restrooms are always clean.
