If I could give this taco bell 0 stars then I would. I came here tonight and waited in the drive thru line for 20 mins before getting to the speaker. Once at the speaker I waited at least another 5 mins before someone finally came to take my order. I was very polite to the person because I understand its easy to get behind and it wasnt a huge deal to me at the time, however, the man that took my order was extremely rude to me. After taking my order he tells me its going to be at LEAST a 20 min wait for my food (there are two cars in front of me and I ordered 3 tacos and a cup of water) at first I thought I didnt hear him right so I asked him to repeat himself, he snapped back at me that there would be a 20 min wait for my food and asked of I still wanted the food. I asked of it would really take 20 mins to make 3 tacos and he said "Yes, theres only so many of us here right now. , you want the food or no?" I told him I couldnt wait that long because at that point it would put me late to work, he said ok. At this point one of the two cars ahead of me had left so there was just one car in front of me, I asked him if he could have the car pull up because I was trapped in line with 4 cars behind me. For whatever reason he could not understand what I was asking of him and kept asking if I wanted the food, I kept telling him no and told him i need to leave the line, please ask the car at the window to move so I could leave the line, he ignored me and said nothing. After waiting 10 more mins at the speaker with the car still at the window I called back to him, I told him I needed to leave now, please ask the car to pull ahead, again he just kept asking if I wanted the food. I ended up being 15 mins late to work and the best part was, when I drove past the window there were 3 workers standing around talking to each other. I understand that sometimes places get behind, but asking someone to wait 20 mins to make a couple tacos is ridiculous. I tried being polite to the workers because I understood that it might not be their fault, perhaps some people didnt show for their shift, but when your having people in your drive thru line for over 40 mins maybe try at least being polite to them. It seems like every time I go to this taco bell Im there for an absurd amount of time. Im not sure how they are running this place but it must not be very well if they they have this many people not showing to their shift or being outrageously slow. I will not be back to this location.

Only went once while traveling through. The food was made well. The lady at the counter was sweet and i could tell she had some mental problems (definately not a bad thing) but my problem was when i ordered lunch at 8:55am and was told i can get it. Pay for my food. Go to the bathroom while i wait, and the lady walks into the bathroom asking for me and tells me, while im on the toilet, that they are only doing breakfast right now and ill have to order something else when im done. I dont think she would have done that without asking or being told she should honestly. It was super weird, everyone there just stared at me and my fiance the whole time. Extremely uncomfortable.

Based on the flow chart they are less than busy, but yet it took me 19 min to order and recieve my meal. The Pepsi syrup was out, no straws, they are laying across the counter and the service is less too be desired. Then the young man running drive through asks me to step aside as I was starting to fill my beverage. apparently the fountain was not working at the drive through and I was in the way. Now, I know why I dont visit this location. Better to go to Howell d19 taco bell

WORST FAST FOOD RESTAURANT EXPERIENCE E V E R! IF YOU DONT MIND HEARING THE F**** WORD (NUMEROUS TIMES), WATCHING EMPLOYESS THROW SAUCE PACKETS AT EACH OTHER, WATCH EMPLOYESS DEPANTS EACH, COUGH AND SNEEZE ON FOOD FOR THE DRICE THRU CUSTOMER, AND FINALLY ENJOY A DIRTY RESTAURANT, FILTHY TABLES, EMPLOYEES WHO ARGUE WITH THE MANAGER OVER PAY AND WALKING OUT....THIS IS YOUR KINDA RESTAURANT! P.S. WHEN HEADING TO THE BATHROOM TAKE NAPKINS!

Last week my husband ran here for a quick dinner after a super busy day. He said he has never waited so long at a fast food restaurant in his life considering the fact that there was one car in front of him. He waited over 5 minutes after he had already paid. The tacos had almost no meat and the shells were stale. It was horrible. I realize this is taco bell but it was bad taco bell. Go to Wendys or keep driving for the boarder.

Would give 0/5 stars if it was an option. The second time I have been there in two weeks, did not have 4 items that I asked for. Didnt even have the one item they are heavily promoting right now. Wouldnt be surprised if they ran out of tacos completely at this point. Also, staff was extremely rude. Its not my fault you dont have every single thing on your menu and you are trying to close early by not serving your customers.

I have never had an issue here, but tonight was a little different experience, they were under staffed and had to wait for another person before opening back up... Breanna T. Was very professional about every thing and very friendly, anyone looking for a late night Taco Bell, I would recommend this place... And kudos to Breanna for going the extra mile.

Went after 1am and the night staff was terrible. Ended up just leaving because we were constantly interrupted mid order by the staff telling us they were out of everything and then kept saying he was joking. Also he kept telling us what we were going to order without a choice and refusing my order. Worst service Ive ever had, never going back.

If you want to spend 30 minutes waiting for tacos, this is the place to go. They really need to get some new employees in here! Theres one loud mouth kid that needs to keep his stupid comments to himself, he really shouldnt be working behind the counter. I counted 19 minutes last week from the time I ordered to the time I got my food.

I have attempted to eat at this location 3 times in the past 2 weeks. I arrive at 1:30am just to be told that they are closed. Was even told one night that they were just too tired to serve me. Instead, the 2 employees stood outside smoking cigarettes and shaking their heads at people saying they were closed, at 1:30AM.

This place is is so shitty I just wanted to kill myself I was waiting in line for 10 min and than they finally let me order and I ordered a freeze and after I ordered some kids went behind me and they all got freezes and than their friend working didnt even make them play but still got them there freezes before them
