Ordered my food via the phone app and set the pickup time for 1:00. I arrived at 1:10 and went to the back to pick up my order. I stood there for 10 minutes trying to get their attention. I was looked at several times but never once was a thing said to me. No "hello", no "can I help you" nothing. Finally after I interrupted a conversation between a couple of the workers I was able to get my food which had been sitting there the entire time. That night I called corporate and was told I would be getting a call from the store manager. Have yet to receive the call several days later. This is the second time Ive had an issue with this store and neither time received even as much as an apology. The food is always good but the customer service has been horrible for me.

Great food but the sever was perturbed because he forgot to ask me if I wanted seasoning on my fries. I realized it and he wanted me to put it on the side but thats not how I wanted them. He huffed and then fixed it but when it was time to fix my shake he didnt have enough flavoring but made it anyway. I brought it back and he had the other server fix the issue of replacing strawberry mix. It took at least 20 minutes to repair when that was all that needed to be done in the first place.

Only 3 people working took forever and they were not that busy . They are not making grilled onions and mushrooms, because they are too busy!!? Plenty of places near by to get burgers, bagger Daves right down the road probably would have been faster. Blimpy Burger is right down town. I got refund and left because it was taking so long

Ordered online and arrived only to find they "never received" my order. Was then told that wasnt their fault - no apology for inconvenience, no empathy. What point is there for ordering ahead if the system in use doesnt queue orders correctly, if at all? A simple "sorry for your trouble" wouldve gone miles here.

Not my favorite style of fries but still not bad. Burgers were great and fast, no issues with slow service anymore. New place, they got the bugs worked out and theyre running smoothly. Highly recommended

Out of fast food places, this place rocks. The menu is simple, fresh and always nicely executed. I wont consider eating at Burger King , McDonalds, etc. But five guys never makes me feel ill!
