We were greeted at the door and was escorted to a table, then for the next 5 minutes we were given instructions on how to work a kiosk machine, we chose olive garden for a quiet dinner in a nice environment not to be trained on how to work a computer, we were instructed if we wanted an appetizer we had to order it through the kiosk device, what ever happened to service, when we finally got a waitress and placed our order and got the chicken Parmesan dinners we ordered the chicken was as hard as rock and the spaghetti was stuck to the bottom of the plate and to top things off, when we finally received our check, we were told that we had to pay it on the kiosk machine, I didnt have a clue how to work it let alone pay the check, the waitress had to do it for me, will I go back to Olive Garden, I dont think so. I was just happy that i had a 50 dollar gift card that a friend gave to use, so there was on 6 dollars out of pocket expense, after the waitress told us how much her tip was to be, not a good idea, a tip is provided to the server based on the type of service she gives not what is recommended by the amount of the check. it was my wifes 74th birthday and it was just not a good experience. but thanks anyway.

It was incredibly busy when we came for dinner, but the hostess greeted us warmly; and once we finally sat down, our (very busy) server was still kind and patient. We ordered their 3 Course Italian Dinner for $12.95 each, and a quartino of the house red. We were served warm bread, garden fresh salad and zuppa toscana right away - hot and delicious. For the main course we ordered the Asiago and Roasted Garlic Tortelloni with Grilled Sausage. Delicious! And again, we didnt have to wait long, despite the crowd. For dessert we ordered the Limoncello Mousse Dolcini - so light and fresh. Their dolicinis are the perfect size - just enough to soothe a sweet tooth without eating more than you should. We will be back!

We arrived around one p.m., even though it was a saturday I didn expect to wait for a half hour especially before dinner, and someone cut in front of us and the host proceeded to sit them before. The food was just decent, a little on the cold side. The server was unexperienced it seems and let the dishes pile on our table, had to be asked for refills both times, and took a long time to bring the check and when he did, hovered over the table watching us, and asked if we were all set not even two minutes after receiving the check. Just all over unfortunate, its a shame that the restaurant is very beautiful, yet is very ugly overall.

Not very good for the average Olive Garden. It takes about 30 minutes to be seated at a table no matter what time of day I arrive and the servers are always slow, rude, or unprofessionally flirty (which is very rude if youre just trying to enjoy a meal). The food is sometimes cold or tastes as though its a little old, but sometimes its incredibly delicious. Its either a hit or a miss and about a 50/50 chance youll get the good food. Takes 30+ minutes to sit down, 10 minutes to get your drinks, 30 minutes to get food, and anything you need from the server after that..... good luck finding a server to help you!

Very poor phone service with Taylor as she said her name was.Not very helpful and extremely rude. Took a while to reach a management member whos name was zack and he was very professional and immediately rectified the situation to my satisfaction. I will say that my normal experience is great and most waitstaff and host or hostesses do not act or treat guest in such a way very disheartenin.Come on Ann Arbor Olive Garden dont loose the fight, I see your other reviews on here listen to your guest some are not as vocal as I am.

While Im not a fan of Olive Garden in general, our experience here was quite bad. We came during a normal dinner rush on a Sunday evening and then didnt see anyone from wait staff for about 10-12 minutes after being seated. We never got water at the table, multiple bar orders were not correct and the food was mediocre. I had a salmon that was overcooked and broccoli that had numerous brown spots and was practically mush. Incredibly slow overall and really dirty entry way and bathrooms. Would not go back.

So the only time I had an unpleasant experience at this Olive Garden they immediately responded to my complaint with courtesy and generosity. Pretty much every other time Ive been there (and I go a lot) has been fantastic. Most of the staff is beyond nice and good at their job, shoutout to mike!! And Im addicted to the bread sticks, chicken and gnocchi soup, and dessert (not going to name one. Cant pick). Love the pasta too when Im in the mood for it.

Called ahead to be seated on a very busy night when reservations were already cut off. Still got seated as soon as we arrived. Felt a little rushed as our salad, appetizer, and entree were all served within five minutes, but thats far better than the other side of the spectrum. Bill ended up being barely over $20 thanks to an appetizer coupon, so ultimately very worth it and a very fun and easy date destination.

1-22-16 well piss on me and tell me its raining. It happend again.... 12-10-15 Dont tell me my food will be ready for pick up in 15 to 20mins and then after I wait 20 mins and get there, I have to wait an additional 15 mins... That tells me you didnt start making it till i got there. Then my food tasted dry like it had been sitting out for awhile. It needed more Alfredo too...

Food has tasted off a few different times. (Management still wanted me to pay....) Service is lacking, everyone always running around and not getting much accomplished. I feel somewhat sick after eating here. My wife loves olive garden but even she notices that it isnt very good service or food here compared to good olive gardens that weve visited.

Pretty good olive garden, Ive always had good service and good food here. Only giving 4 stars because it seems like ever time I go its incredibly busy. I cant actually think of a time that I didnt wait to get a seat. Obviously thats not a fault of the staff, but if youre looking for something fast this may not be the best option.

As far as Olive Gardens go, this is pretty standard.... but Joseph is the server that gives this place an extra star instead of the normal 3 stars that an "Italian" applebees would get. Great job, management! Joseph was fantastic and super polite.

This place sucks. They do not know how to staff properly. Just came for lunch on a Sunday...plenty of open seats, but their is a 20 minute wait for two people. I never have this issue at any other Olive Garden. Dont waste your time...literally.

it was a delightful experience. Our waitperson was very patient and attentive to all our needs. We had our grandchildren and he was very good with them. He deserves a raise or bonus for making our fathers day dinner such a great time.
