Horrible. Went inside to place my order. One medium pepperoni pizza and bbq chicken pizza. Usually the pizzas are $5 because I always ordered online and my order was less than $11. But the cashier said my order was $14 something. I told her thats not right, she proceeded to ask another worker and they said it was a specialty pizza, therefore my pizza is $6.99 each. I told her to cancel my order. Took a couple of steps away from the counter and went to the website. Order total $10.70. Went back to the counter to another cashier. The cashier that took my order 1st came and was telling her that ,I already ordered and that she canceled my order. She said it multiple times while I was trying to tell the other cashier I ordered online. 2 medium pizzas, hand tossed, one pepperoni the other bbq. Waited for 20 minutes and went to get the pizzas. Opened the box and pizza was almost covered in butter to point I had to drained some off. My fiance didnt want any problems so he insisted we just leave. Get home and the pizza crust is thin and the taste of course isnt satisfying. I never had a problem before but I wont be going back. 10/27/2016 Tonight was my last straw. I will not return to this location. Seriously. This pizza has little to no marinara sauce on it!

I was trying to place an order for takeout and was put on hold the first time for 5 min . Second time someone answered and yelled into the phone ... third time stayed on hold for over 7 min . We had arrived by that time where we stood for 7 more min with still no service . Went to use the bathroom and it was filthy ... toilet paper and feces everywhere . Asked to speak to the manager and was told "well that is who he was just talking to " my party hadnt been spoken to by anyone . Needless to say this location will never get our business again . I am from North Carolina and I have never had such horrible service at home ... maybe this location could take some pointers in good customer service !!!!

Nice people do exist! I came in and wasnt greeted even though I stood at the counter and got ignored twice by the same chick, who by the way, should be groomed better. A brush would help her out a lot. Also a normal hair color. Anyway, the manager on duty quickly greeted me as soon as she came out of the kitchen. It turns out I had not brought the book it coupons like I had thought but she gave me the pizzas anyway. Nice recovery! I worked in the restaurant industry for a very long time and even if it wasnt my job to take orders or give out to-go orders if I was in the front when a customer walked in I sure better had greeted them.

Me and my husband took our 2 kids here for lunch today and had a horrible experience!!! My husband was bein friendly to the waitress and she looked at him like he was stupid!!! No personality!!! He asked for mushrooms and she questioned him bout if he was allergic!! Like he would order them if he was highly allergic!!! Hot a huge lecture bout allergies and she still didnt bring them to him!!! We were never offered refills and the guys behind the counter just sat there and made noises on the counter with spoons which was very annoying!!!! Definately not goin back to that location!!!

Horrible customer service. I tried to speak with the "shift manager" Nick on duty in regards to my order. Not only did he cut me off mid sentence to have a conversation with another employee but he then felt the need to inform me they were busy and "the longer I talk to you the more my screen is going to get backed up." His comments and tone were both rude and unprofessional. I cant believe this type of behavior is acceptable of a person who is supposed be a leader amongst his staff. Very distasteful.

The food is good but the staff is not trained correctly. Our food wasnt cut correctly and our sauces were not put in with our pzone or bread sticks. When we complained the manager didnt seem to care. Several days later we spoke with another manager who remade our order for free. As we r picking up our food they check it and realize once again no sauces! Its not difficult to know which orders sauces come with this shouldnt ever be a problem with proper training

Always add an extra hour to whatever delivery time they tell you. And dont expect a straight forward answer when you call about your order. This has happened to me on 3 separate occasions. As a matter of fact o ordered 2 hours and Im still waiting. Smh UPDATE:: After getting my food, I opened the box to UNDERCOOKED PIZZA!! Pizza isnt hard... I could literally poke the raw dough. Saying goodbye to my money!!

Placed my order and was told Id get it at my office in 30 minutes...in 50 minutes it wasnt there I called and was told it was coming out of the oven...waited 30 minutes more no pizza I called back and was told they were on their way after 1 hour and a half later they arrived with a cold leathery pizza that we couldnt eat and no apology.

the manager on duty last night was very rude and nasty with me, after telling her that my order is wrong she hung up on me and refused to give me her name so that I could call corporate, like she told me to. I will NEVER eat at this pizza hut again, dont get me wrong I love pizza hut, but im going to stick to papa johns for a while

This pizza hut has the worst costumer services ever! i had went and order a supreme pizza , when i had went and picked it up and i had paid full priced for it. when i had went home my pizza was BURNT ! i call and told them what had happened the said they couldnt do anything about it! oh hell yeah i was pissed.

Me and a co-worker went here for break during the buffet hours and waited for different selections to come out that didnt come until it was time for us to go. The so call manager lied saying it had been out, how it been out when there was only three f-ing people in there i was watching the whole time. smh

I ordered a Super supreme Pizza today to go and was I surprised when I got it home. It was supposed to be a hand tossed crust but ended up a thin Crust. It is the worst pizza I have had in a long time. It will also be the last time I order from this store. Dont waste your money.

I went to this Pizza Hut and everything was on point they were friendly very quick help I was just watching the staff to see how they work together its like they were all insink and in tune with ea h other pretty awsome to see a restaurant ran so good I will deftly be going back

This pizza hut night shift is so rude! My pizza was 3hrs late on delivery and when I called to check on my pizza I paid for the lady who answered hung up in my face!!! I was pissed! After I talked to a manager there were no apologies or anything.... Never again
