Weve been here several times. Its a mixed bag - sometimes great, sometimes ok. Most recently, we were there ~9pm on a Sunday. The lady at the grill was ON POINT and obviously experienced. However, when we arrived there were several (five I think?) other people standing around doing nothing whatsoever. Meanwhile the floor throughout the [totally deserted] dining room was covered in dropped food and trash, and the tables were almost all covered in food, spills, and/or used dishes. We had to wait for a table to be cleaned in order to sit down ... but after that the service was good. ...other than the fact we were asked to wait to pay for our meal -- the cash drawer was being counted. I dont see how that has any effect on a credit card transaction, but whatever. The food was good and the soda actually tasted correct (which means they clean the machine unlike 90% of places these days).

It was a horrible experience. You go to the Waffle House to sit down and enjoy. The cooks was arguing continuously. The waitresses was arguing. They were bashing the manager and saying how he was a big baby and really bad. We couldnt get refills, it was horrible. I would not recommend this Waffle House to anyone. They messed our order up. One of the cooks was doing the waitress job. We told them we wanted to cancel the food and we was leaving. They gave us our food but lets just say it didnt make a difference when the experience was sooo bad. The manager said that no one was arguing they were just playing. I know the difference between playing and arguing. We will not go back to this location. We will stick to the one on Harbins they are always so nice and courteous...

been to this location 3 times, each visit was horrible. This last visit June 30, 2016 was god awful. Walked in to a crew of 3 just standing. we waited for about 5-7 minutes for a table to be cleared for us to sit. We placed a order and waited 20 minutes and still the staff just continued to stand there . no one was cooking or making sure our drinks were filled. Horrible service - sincerely a angry customer

If you can avoid this one. Gave them 3 chances. First time roaches. 2nd time was just barely OK. 3rd time cook was throwing a tantrum cussing throwing the cast iron pan on the stove and floor. Was like a two year old. Got all of our orders wrong. Everyone was extremely uncomfortable including the waitresses. She knew the orders were wrong but she could only say sorry. She was too afraid to have him correct it. Terrible place. Will not be going back.

I was there this morning and Tammy was very rude. When I walked in she looked me in the face and shook her head and did not greet me nor did she assist me. However , when another couple walked in she greeted them with pleasantries and assisted them with no problem. This is not the first time this has happened with Tammy.

Usually have a good experience at this location, but tonight when we came in and sat down there were only 2 tables with customers. No one came to our table. Another family came in after us and they were served right away. We were still ignored even when servers passed our table several times. We got up and left.

The waffle house in auburn ga is one of the better ones to go to. The staff were very friendly and happy to see you. The food was just as we ordered and hats off to the cook. I ask for my hash browns to be scattered well and they were. Keep up the good work.

Make sure you wear a heavy jacket and eat fast. The restaurant was so cold my finders started to tangle. Needless to say my food was cold as ice in a matter of minutes. Dont like to pay for a stake dinner I cant enjoy due to the fact it was so cold..

This used to be my parents local Waffle House, and yes...they were regulars...since we are moving them to Austin, TX (near us), it wont be anymore. Great place, and great friendly staff. Going to miss it.
