Well we all know Waffle House never closes. But with TS Irma coming through we figured wed call first to make sure. When we called someone picked up the phone then hung up. Ok, so someone is there we head over. We get there and its really quiet. Only a few people but lots of employees. So we order the food, while sitting there the phone rings. The cook tells the waitress not to answer. WTHECK??!! I can understand if they were busy but thats just plain rudeness and laziness. People were without power and probably looking for a place to eat like us. Really bad business practice. Never been disappointed with WH before but this really did disappointment me.

My husband and I ordered a Togo order here . When we opened our order we were missing two sides of bacon and an extra waffle we paid for. I called to see if it could simply be put back on my card so we didnt have to drive all the way back . The manager said the only option was for us to drive up there and get the food and there was no way to get the money back . Being that I know gratuity there is included on the Togo and we were missing food I was very upset that they wouldnt give me my money back .

Their staff completely ignored us and did not even offer us drinks. During our time being ignored, we witnessed one of the employees handeling all the food with her bare hands, no gloves. After ten minutes we decided to take our business to the Waffle House down the street. I suggest you all do the same.

Food was great prepared fast waitress was pleasant. Did learn that people just arent nice anymore started choking on my coffee and nobody bothered to see if I was ok until after I was finally breathing ok then the waitress asked if I was ok but what can you do

I felt like I was at my moms, even at 3am with a group of 20+ the 3 ladies on shift treated us like family. It was so refreshing to experience that kind of service. I only wish we had them here in MI :)

Ashley was a breath of fresh air. Wonderfully witty and perky. Could not have asked for better service. Try the sausage egg wrap. I add mushrooms tomatoes and onions. Oh boy.

Ate a lot of breakfast here when we were staying in the Quality Inn after we had a house fire. The coffee is good, the service is good, the food was good. No complaints.
